Service was very very slow Had to ask several times for water refills, complimentary bread Even got up to look around restaurant for our server several times. Also witnessed male server leave bathroom toilet without washing hands , very disappointed in seeing this health hazard Normally have good service and value there, but really disappointed this time

Service very attentive and food was very good! My friend ordered her burger med well and it came out on the rare side but it was quickly put back on the grill and came back to her in a timely manner. I can’t wait to return to Firebird’s!

I have been here many times, but this time I noticed the state of repair in the booth I was given. The tabletop was very worn with paint missing and the seat had splits showing the stuffing. This is not what I would expect of Firebirds. The prices charged does not match the state of the facility.

Over the years, this restaurant has really continued to go downhill between food, quality, cleanliness, and all overall dining experience! It is a shame because it used to be well run and very good! look around before you make the decision to go to Firebirds!

The server made a lot of mistakes. My steak was garbage compared to the quality of my husband's. Same item. Salad was tiny. We ordered a full salad dressing in side. Got two tiny salads with dressing. Food took forever. Very disappointed.

We had another excellent meal! We were seated ahead of our reservation time and had wonderful service throughout the meal. Service was a little slower than usual, but you have to expect that due to the large numbers taking advantage of the free meal for veterans. Between the 3 of us, we had the large filet mignon, the babyback ribs, and the 13 oz. prime rib. All were outstanding!

Veterans day BOGO SPECIAL, wife had the salmon and I had the strip medium rare. Her salmon was terrific but the strip was the toughest most chewy steak I've ever eaten. Almost choked twice trying to chew the meat enough to swallow. Didn't complain because it was free, but do not order the strip if you go!

We made a reservation and still had to wait a few minutes to be seated. My husband ordered tap beer and they only had can beer , taps were not working. I ordered a hamburger medium and it was over cooked. My brother in law has a pork chop that was over cooked also. The service was slow . I think the prices were high for the quality of the food we received.
