We haven't been to Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in a while and were very pleasantly surpised. The food and service were very good and the noise level was very much improved! Makes you want to come back often.!!

I received an email about new menu items and old menu items returning and had to try the steak frites! My husband had the meatloaf, which was phenomenal! We tried the new cherry old fashioned, which was like a little bit of Christmas in a glass in June! 10 out of 10 as usual. Service is always great and I've never had a problem. Justin was the manager and he's so personable and friendly! Just a wonderful experience!

The food was extremely good. I've had dinner now at both west side locations and will have to say that the Peoria location is considerably better. We were there for our 42nd wedding anniversary and looking forward to a quiet, relaxing meal. Instead, it ended up being extremely loud, had to move around the table to not have to look into the sun and the service was far less than attentive to our needs than we were used to. We asked for a water refill and waited almost twenty minutes just for that. I know the table behind us was giving the waitress a hard time and possibly that was the cause. But will probably not be going back soon. I had heard that the service here was the biggest draw back and will have to admit I agree...

Enjoyable evening on the patio with the misters on. The prime rib and barbecue ribs were perfectly done. The ceaser salad was huge and delicious. Great service.

Overall the food and service was very good. The restaurant was very busy so a bit noisy. This was our first time at this new location. It seems a bit smaller than their location in Peoria, AZ.

We love Firebirds. We were so happy that the one in Prasada opened so close to us. We went there for Father’s Day and it was great. The food and service was great ! Our waitress was very attentive to us. Great overall experience!

We went in celebration of Father’s Day. The place was packed, nonetheless, we received excellent attention and service from our server. She was there when we needed her and yet was not over solicitious. My husband is a foodie, and he was especially pleased with what he had ordered. His steak was cooked to perfection with a great char along with a lobster tail and a side of mushrooms. To he was ecstatic is an understatement. This was our first time at this particular location, and we were not disappointed. We highly recommend.

First time at Surprise location. We have been going to Arrowhead since it opened over 20 years ago. Most of our food was great and our server was amazing. But…. My medium rare filet came out cold and completely well done. Zero pink. The manager came over, was very pleasant and apologetic and brought me a new plate. She also took my meal off the check. I appreciated the efforts to make it right , but my meal came after everyone in our party had already finished eating. I was just done by then! I took it home and enjoyed it the next day. Nice, but I’d rather eat with my family. Arrowhead always gets it right the first time! We will stick with that location.

Took my husband here for Father’s day. We had a lovely server. Everyone had tasty food. Hubby’s baked potato wasn’t done but, server took it back and brought a potato that was steaming hot and done. I know they were extra busy today. So not going to give a less than perfect review. They made it right. I appreciate that from a restaurant.
