The server was very kind and took our picture for memories! She was very kind to bring a dessert for a birthday we had in our party! Order taking was good and I should’ve asked about anything strawberry before asking for recommendations but I didn’t, but she brought out a drink I asked about being most popular and it looked so tasty but can’t have strawberries and the garnish was strawberries. I showed her the menu and no statement of strawberries on the ingredient section and she immediately understood, took my drink and brought out the next drink. I think she brought me the sunset spice though after looking online not the requested Kentucky tropical. The image of my drink is identical to sunset spice, superrrr tasty tho regardless. Very kind of her to help us with all of this, I always enjoy the experience my boyfriend and I get so we brought friends to experience it and they said they’ll be back also!! Love the food every time and is always my bday dinner spot! They even brought a card for my bf which was kind of them !

The wife and I both ordered steaks. We weren’t in a hurry but still took awhile to get our food. When food arrived, her steak was really under cooked and mine was over cooked. I sucked it up and ate mine while hers was pretty much rare and sent back. The next steak was again still very much so rare. They again offered to re-fire it, but at this point we were just ready to be finished. Customer service was great, just a bad night for that chef.

Nice restaurant but the noise level was so loud we couldn’t have a conversation without yelling. We won’t return for dinner as it ruined what could have been a nice evening.

Our fourth visit to this location. Service and food has always been excellent. Servers go extra to make your experience top shelf. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an excellent dining experience.

2 of the 4 orders were wrong. Ordered rare steak and both were almost medium. They did redo one but i just ate mine and lived with it. The French fires were overdone as well. The manager did redo one of them and took them off the bill at least.

The food was great! They made a mistake in the managers corrected it fast. Great job surprise Firebird. The service was great by Chelsea, our server. Just wonderful across-the-board.
