Our food and service was excellent. The chimichurri shrimp appetizer was awesome. Great char on the shrimp. Cocktails were good as well. Overall we had a positive experience.

We went for an early Father's Day celebration early Saturday night. Noise level from other diners was a bit much. My son and husband enjoyed their meals. My husband had a filet mignon. He joyed it. My son the fried chicken sandwich. I had the parm chicken which... I did not enjoy. The sauce was a bit salty and not what I expected. The chicken was too thin. Two big pieces were served on the plate. The first piece when cut the chicken seemed to split in the middle. Like it was layered! The second piece was overcooked and very dry. I did not care for it at all. I summoned the manager who was very nice. He asked if I wanted another dish or something else. By then I was full from the first piece of chicken and the backed potato. He took care of the issue regarding the chicken ny providing a refund. He was very customer service oriented. For dessert my husband and I shared the lemon cake with blueberries. It was luscious. Their lemonade is very good as well. The only issue that I don't care for is there is only one side offered with the meal. If you would like another, you have to pay for it! Their bread they serve is not traditional. Kinda looks like an oversized crusted roll that was doughy inside. Overall a pleasant place for a meal.

We went here thinking it would be a lot like the location in Woodbridge, and we were wrong. The ambiance is not great. Wife had the prime rib and it wasn’t hot but decent flavor. I was hoping for a good steak and it was horrible. The filet was dry and had no flavor. I sent it back and I never do that. I got a burger which was good. I probably won’t go back if I’m looking for a nice steak dinner.

Excellent food and service. I had the BLT salad, prime rib, mashed potatoes and portal mushrooms. The prime rib was done just the way I liked. Staff is always helpful and accommodating. I sometimes ask for food without sodium and vegetables steamed and they will do for me.

Love the resturamt but the waitress was a bit busy so our service wasnt as great as when we went on the weekday but overall it was good.

We really like Firebirds, because there is great variety of food, the food is good, the wait staff and hostesses are always friendly, and it is a neighborhood gem. However, it is always very cold inside the restaurant, which is very uncomfortable. We were there a previous time and left, because it was so cold. On this visit I mentioned it to the hostess, and she said a lot of people complain about the temperature. I don't know why management does not fix this. Also, on this last visit, our food was very slow coming out of the kitchen (my soup was lukewarm), and our waiter did not bring bread and seemed to disappear at times. I would have given a 5 rating, but could not because of these issues.
