   Love the resturamt but the waitress was a bit busy so our service wasnt as great as when we went on the weekday but overall it was good.

   We really like Firebirds, because there is great variety of food, the food is good, the wait staff and hostesses are always friendly, and it is a neighborhood gem. However, it is always very cold inside the restaurant, which is very uncomfortable. We were there a previous time and left, because it was so cold. On this visit I mentioned it to the hostess, and she said a lot of people complain about the temperature. I don't know why management does not fix this. Also, on this last visit, our food was very slow coming out of the kitchen (my soup was lukewarm), and our waiter did not bring bread and seemed to disappear at times. I would have given a 5 rating, but could not because of these issues.

   Overall it was a great experience. The noise level was too high to hear others at your table.

   Joe our waiter was exceptional. He was friendly with us, kind, and he knew the menu well.

   The meal was great. The waiter was attentive and responsive. He did everything that was required to help us enjoy our meal.

   As usual food was excellent. Our table had a mixture of brunch and lunch menu items and everyone enjoyed their food. Food server was excellent and attentive, she brought a wet napkin for the person that ordered ribs. Very nice and appreciated touch. We are always pleased with the service received and the food is always served hot and delicious.

   The food and service at this location was excellent. This dining experience ranks among the top of my list of best dining experiences ever. Highly recommend.

   This was the first bad experience I’ve had here. They kept bringing things out that were incomplete. They brought my steak and eggs out but forgot to put the tomatoes and mushrooms. When they fixed it they ended up overcooking the eggs which were supposed to be poached but ended up hard boiled. I think it comes down to the manager for the day.

    Slightly slow service and noise level was so loud you had to strain to hear and raise voice to talk. Food was good - server removed bread 1/2 way through the loaf placed dessert forks Directly on table which is unsatisfactory Appreciate that they treat veterans to free Meal
