We had a reservation time of 7:00pm but we didn’t get served until a little after 9:00. A lot of other customers complained to us about the wait time as well. I feel like yall overbooked and should have been mindful of people with reservations.

Starters came out before appetizers, took over and hour to get entrees. Everything was cold. Food was sub par. The Silverware was dirty. Had things floating in all our water cups. Was there over 3 hours. Had to ask for management. Sever did an awful job.

We had reservations at 6:15. Did not get seated until 6:47. At 8:10 our server told us there were still 5 tickets ahead of us. She did a good job keeping us informed and we knew it was not her fault. We had children to feed and had to leave. They should have comped salads (that came with meal) and Fri is but still charged me $104. Ruined Father’s Day. I went there because of my great experience at Collierville,TN restaurant. Will not be back.

I had reservations and still had to wait 20 mins before we was seated. And once we got our table we was waiting almost an hour before we received our food. I understand it was Father’s Day and they were busy but that was still unacceptable for us to have been waiting so long.

I had a reservation for my dad and I at 5 PM. We walked in at 4:52. The lady told us that it will be a 45 minute additional weight because they were behind. We waited. I ordered a steak it came out well done when I had asked for medium. Sent it back waited for a new one. They brought me a whole completely different steak and it was cooked well done once again. I didn’t get to eat dinner with my dad. They barely did anything about the situation. Nobody seemed to care. By the way this was our first time here

Even though it was Father’s Day, I had 3:00 reservations. However, We were not seated until 3:40. I spoke with a few other people who were waiting long and had reservations as well. I was told people were sitting longer after finishing their meal. However, once seated that was not the case. The kitchen was moving slow. We sat down at 3:40 (party of 3) and placed our appetizer and entree order at the same time to avoid a long wait. The appetizers came out quick, but the food took a long time. We ate some of our entrees, took the rest to go, and left at 5:20.

I really enjoyed Firebirds at the SOUTHAVEN location with my family. 10/10 even with the busy holiday.

We had excellent experience. Little to no wait at 6pm on Friday night. Our server, Madison, was friendly and helpful. The food was tasty and good value. Only negative was the sirloin ordered medium was overcooked. The remaining dishes were all prepared as expected!
