Sent a steak back three times and asked for the dressing on the side of the entree salad. The filet was severed raw the first time, the second time it was the tail end which was all tendon and the third time came in the to go box. The manager was extremely apologetic and kind and we were not charged. However, the food was less than average.

Food was good as always. Nats/fruit flies on the other hand were unnerving!!! When we asked the server got a smart response- they are coming in the door we are going in and out of to the patio, do you want me to spray Raid around your food, we have traps in the kitchen. All not necessary comments- we were there at 3:30 in the afternoon so mostly empty- were they worse in some spots. Could we have been relocated? Not what we are accustomed to.

My wife and I really enjoyed our meals .......they really treat you nice and even gave me an unexpected special dessert for my birthday....fantastic..

We always receive excellent service when dining at Firebirds. We had the pleasure of being served by Delaney during this visit and he really elevated the experience. He was extremely attentive, and anticipated needs before they were even thought of. Delaney made it feel like a fine dining experience, while also making sure we were comfortable during our dinner. Without a doubt we will return to Firebirds, and looking forward to requesting Delaney as our server in the future.

Always an awesome experience. Food-never disappoints. Ribs were delicious. Have never had a bad meal. Bartender was fabulous.

Service was very poor. Multiple orders wrong, took about an hour to get our food. Not up to standards at all.

BLT salad is a joke. It should really be called an LT salad since there was a few crumbs of bacon in the salad. it is not worth the $7.50 upgrade.

Service was outstanding by Delaney. Steaks were ordered medium and medium rare and arrived underdone but still very delicious. Caesar salads were yummy with a lot of freshly shaved Parmesan.
