    The steaks were juicy, flavorful and cooked to perfection. My wife always loves the strawberry and shrimp salad -- it's her favorite meal anywhere -- and last night was no exception. The only thing that keeps it from 5 stars is my baked potato could have been warmer. Service from Firebirds' trainee and her trainer was efficient and friendly. Our friends were dining there for the first time and they vowed it would not be the last. A fine all-around experience on my wife's birthday.

    Excellent dining experience. The place was full which is a great sign that the food is good. There were 8 of us in our party so I made a reservation. When I returned a call to the restaurant to confirm my reservation, I was informed rather sternly that I needed to be on time and my reservation would only be held for 15 minutes. What I read into that, was that some people have been inconsiderate and have not cancelled or shown up late still expecting a table, and maybe someone was having a bad day. Well, my party arrived 10 minutes early and waited for our table to be ready. Once we were seated our server, Caroline, took excellent care of us! While it was difficult for my parents to hear conversation due to the busy dining room, all enjoyed the meal and conversation with the people sitting closest to us. In all a good value and birthday celebrations were enjoyed! Thank you Firebirds.

    Our food was amazing! Steak was a little over cooked but nothing that kept my boyfriend from finishing it and my salmon was cooked perfectly. Our server, Tara was the absolute best!

    Unfortunately we were not able to eat, 40 minutes after placing our order and asking the server for a status, he lied to us saying there was a problem with the printer, so the kitchen never received our order. We knew that was a lie when he started asking us for our order again, this time writing it down. When my husband went to speak with the Manager, the server was admitting to her that he forgot to place our order with the kitchen. Management tried to make it right; but we went somewhere else to eat. Usually the service here is great; but this time it was extremely disappointing, especially due to the server lying to us. People make mistakes; but lying is a choice; and supposedly he is one of their best servers, who is experienced.

    Highly recommend for anyone that loves the taste of that fire roasted wood smoked flavor, everything on the menu the 7 times I’ve been so far has been superb! Steaks have the best flavor and tenderness. All the food is cooked over open fire where you can actually see it being prepared for you. If you go ask for Alexis! She is the by far the best server I’ve ever had anywhere.

    I always enjoy dining at Firebirds Belvedere and have spent many birthday celebration dinners and brunch there. But our waitress and the service she provided on 8/23 was not good at all. It appeared as if she did not want to be there, was not too attentive, and just lacked personality. However, I still gave a tip but was very unhappy.

    Firebirds is one of my husband's favorite restaurants! So, I treated him to dinner there. The food was delicious as usual. We got a free dessert of Cheesecake, and it was scrumptious 😋

    Firebirds is one of my favorite restaurants!" The food is delicious and the service is great! It was a bit noisy this last time but I suppose that indicates how popular it is to dine out for special occasions or just want to get out and have a delicious meal and fun time!

    The three of us all got different dishes. I have my favorite, cheeseburger 🍔, delicious as always. Fish tacos and a Cesar salad with chicken were eaten by my companions. We were talking up a storm before the food arrived, but once it hit the table…silence took over. We ate all our food and commented at how wonderful every dish tasted. Our server, Monica, has attentive and always there at the right moment. Great dining experience!!!

    Love the specials they offer as being a member of their Inner Circle. My server, Andrei, was very attentive even though it was busy and he had several larger tables. He made sure I felt valued as a customer and was taken care of during my time there.

    The service was excellent! Our food was overcooked and the manager came to let us know that they were going to remake it so it would be a little longer. I really appreciated the communication. She offered us a complimentary soup or salad an offered it to go. The server removed an item that I didn't like even though I said not to worry about it. Excellent custumer service!

    We had a really large party for my daughters birthday and the manager Jesse was so accommodating! The whole team was awesome! That is my husband and I favorite location and we love it even more now!!

    Usually we feel that Firebirds is our most favorite place. But, this was the 4th straight time in that I ordered a gin and tonic and the tonic was totally flat. Secondly, the prime rib looked great but it was laced with grizzle making it almost inedible. Third, the noise level at 3PM is OK but at 6PM it is deafening. All 3 of these can be fixed by us making different choices - what to drink, what to order and when to go - which we will do.

    Best visit ever. Fast seating and Alexa was such a helpful server. Slightly slow prep, but ample portions, flavorful, and fresh ingredients. Catching up with a friend couldn't have been more relaxing.
