Great place to eat great food nice atmosphere good service

Wait staff was good. Ambience quiet for now since COVID-19. Ordered a ribeye and they brought me a sirloin. By the time they fixed the order my party was finished. Maybe just a fluke. Overall it was a great time. Could’ve been better but enjoyed it nonetheless.

The waitress was very personable and the food was delicious, especially the smoked chicken wings.

Well it was our worst experience after several visits...waitress was absolutely unable to deliver drinks or any requests without numerous reminders. Kitchen did not prep food as we ordered, and no one was concerned, basically the take out is their money now and a handful of diners are not going to get much. Expensive wine, tiny sides, stale breads. Not a good Father's Day prep.

Loved the atmosphere. The staff was super friendly and even Wished is a Happy Anniversary upon arriving and leaving. The food was absolutely delicious and enjoyed every thing we ordered. Definitely will return.

Currently the restaurant's menu is reduced a bit due to less staff due to the coronavirus. That said, what we had off the menu was very good. Mariah, our server, was excellent with her attention to our table.

First time back inside a restaurant since March shutdown. Such a pleasure! Staff happy to see patrons too!

Our server did not greet us until we had been sitting for about 10 minutes. Got a side salad that did not come out first. Did not bring out pepper. Manager took off the salad to make up for it. overall a good visit aside from the fact.

I came to get lunch on my lunch break and my food was made incorrectly so it took a very long time to come out. When my food was finally brought out to me my burger was all broken up and presented to me very carelessly. It shocked me even more because the manager brought out the food to me so I would have expected it to be expo out in a better manner. I only got to enjoy my appetizer. I was very unhappy about my experience

Reopening. Food prices elevated since restaurant reopened. Probably because customer size limited to 50% occupancy. My steak was excellent. Hopefully prices will return to previous levels once occupancy restrictions go back to normal.

Wow I love the Delmonico steak - Ancho chili rubbed. It's NOT spicy but adds great flavor. If you are looking for a wonderful salad get the shrimp and Strawberry with Balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

My brother and I had dinner there Saturday night and it was excellent. The customer service was great. Our waiter was great and on top of our drinks which is always good. The food was excellent!! Loved it.

Service was incredible. Kenlie was very personable and went above and beyond to make our experience great.

I expected less due to the first day of opening back up due to COVID19.... Our food was Pronominal. We ordered 2 appetizers, 2 14oz steaks and desert. Our waiter was Matthew and he provided us with excellent service. Please remember due to restaurants opening at half capacity. Tip the wait staff more than usual.

Food was very good but it is clear that management does not train waiters. He had no idea how to serve the bottle of wine. This is second time in a row where lack of training for wait staff was obvious.

A poor choice of seating put us right in front of the order pickup which was busy and noisy. There was other empty seating available for a group our size of 6 so not sure why the poor placement.

Ambiance was great and server was friendly, but the food selection for vegetarians/vegans was paltry. Of only two options (impossible burgers and portobello burger), they were out of one (impossible burgers), and I hate mushrooms. I ended up just munching on the free bread. The service was soooo slow, and the bathrooms were disgusting. My meat-eating companions were unimpressed by their very expensive dishes. The sauce on the ribs was apparently burnt and the side of veggies was bland and mushy. We definitely won’t be going back—the food and service definitely didn’t justify the price.

The glasses were filthy and when we asked the waiter why, he told us that they were “seasoned.” We requested plastic “to go” cups. He was apologetic but told us we were the third table to send their drinks back that night.

Steaks were good and cooked as requested. We had the sirloins and they were very tender. Some in our party had hamburgers and they also said they were good. Service was excellent. Would return again if in the area. The only downside was the noise level. It is not a place I would go for a couples dinner for a special occasion for that reason.

I usually go to Firebirds for lunch meetings, and it's fine. A dinner with friends on a Friday note, not so much. It was crowded, even with a reservation! Service was good, but it took over 40 minutes to get our food after ordering. I will not go on the weekend again....not enjoyable. Noisy too!

The food was absolutely delicious and our waitress was among the best service I have ever had.

My meat loaf was dry and appeared old. The other three main dishes of my guest appeared better. Did not complain to the staff hate to send food back no telling what happens.

We dined here on Valentine’s Day and the food and service was absolutely wonderful. This visit was rather disappointing. The food was not that great. It was barely warm. Our server was not very attentive as well. I’m sure we will go back but I’m not real anxious to return at this point.

This was my first time coming and I will recommend to anyone.....I made reservations and was seated promptly. Brandon was a great server and I will definitely be back again.

So good! The tuna tartar appetizer was amazing! Lots of great menu options for our entire family of 5 (which is a rare thing)!

Quiet enjoyable day in a well known restaurant. Had a reservation and was seated upon entering. Service was excellent and food was delicious. My husband ordered filet mignon, it was so tender and enjoyable, I had the salmon with key lime it was very good. Recommend going.

Birthday celebration and everything went great!

We had a wonderful waitress Saturday night. She was friendly and super attentive. The food came out delicious and we had a great time overall.

Salad looked and tasted like it had been sitting in the fridge all day. They said they would comp it but then charged me a $1. Weird. Wife’s steak was okay but nothing special.

Absolutely the worst meal I've ever had here !!!! Disappointing as I use this location for work gatherings ....but never again !!! The noise level was horrible !!!!

Great atmosphere for a group or a special night with your significant other. The food was great, cooked perfectly, and also had great options on the menu! Waitress was amazing and took care of everything we needed with a smile.
