   Wait staff service was good, problem is we had a reservation and still waited 23 minutes for a table when the restaurant had at least a dozen or more open tables scattered throughout. Maybe they just do not have enough help. Prime Rib was almost inedible. Had precious success here but was very poor this time.

   Fantastic Easter Sunday meal for 3 at 1:30. Max was ous server, and he is fantastic. Great recommendations. The kitchen was slammed, but our food was warm and delicious. Steaks beat out Steve Fields!

   We enjoyed our first visit on Easter Sunday. We arrived early for our reservation and was told that seating times were running at least 10 minutes behind schedule. Once available, we were placed at 4-top next to the service station, unfortunately with a direct view of the kitchen door. Our single appetizer was as slow to arrive so we ordered our entrees ASAP to avoid further delays. Food presentation and quality exceeded expectations.

   Firebirds provides a consistent experience with good food and great service. Our family of 8 enjoyed gathering here for Easter Sunday. The deviled eggs and donut holes were great starters. The salmon eggs Benedict and salmon spinach salad were also enjoyed. We will return in the future.

   Love the food, but service is very slow and this is the second time we’ve gone, so not sure we’ll be coming back even though I love the tomahawk pork chop

   Wonderful experience at Firebirds today! The food was great, the service was amazing and we really appreciated the quick seating with reservations on a holiday lunch.

   Like so many other new places, Firebirds is not "new," rather, a near-copy floor plan, decor plan, and drinks and food menus are pretty much same-same.

   The music was too loud and not restaurant music. If you insist on music, Put on Easy listening or spa like background music. This was annoying. A manager never stopped by to ask how things were or I would have shared this information. We love Firebirds and have eaten here several times but this had a different vibe tonight. Not crowded. Food and service were great! Ambiance… not so much!
