Great food, as always. Our service from Hosey was friendly and attentive. The surprise dessert in celebration of our 25th anniversary was beautiful and delicious.

It was exactly what we needed great service and food. Can't wait to come back

Father’s Day celebration- they made it very special

Cannon was a great server and his recommendation of the Cilantro grilled chicken was spot on! Really loved this dish!!

My husband ordered prime rib. It had gristle and was not tender. Very hard to cut. He also ordered a drink and felt that it was like drinking flavored water.
I had the barbecued baby back ribs. They were so-so.

Restaurant was very busy. Prime rib was very rare . I had ordered it Medium rare. Asked for no butter but extra sour cream on my potato. Came out with butter and regular sour cream. Did not send anything back because we had waited quite awhile for our food to come out. Key lime pie was excellent.

Great friendly and helpful hostess. We sat in a side booth so it was less noisy. Food delicious. Good lemonade and support.

Parents Anniversary

It was our 49th wedding anniversary and I indicated it on the Open Door app. We did receive a delicious dessert to share which was nice, but our booth which was tight was directly in front of the kitchen which was noisy and crowded.

The service was attentive and friendly. The restaurant was a little loud. The food was very good. The head cook made a lovely decorated cheesecake slice to celebrate my grandparents anniversary, and not only was it beautiful but it tasted amazing. I would recommend this restaurant and we will be back in the future.

We went for our anniversary, which I put in to our reservation, and nothing was said. Our server was ok as was the food. The filets were a little tough, which is unusual for that cut.

We had a wonderful lunch. Our server was so fun and nice and the food was delicious.

Have been to Firebirds in Peoria, AZ many times and have never been disappointed and no matter what myself or anyone else in the party has ordered it has always been of the highest standards and excellent. The managers not only walk around to make sure everything is running top notch, they converse with the customers, serve meals and help clean up to keep things moving. The staff is always polite and patient.

Celebrating a very special 50th birthday, the staff could not have been more attentive. The meal (delicious appetizers, cocktails, steaks, salads and desert) served timely. Always a good time at Firebirds’s.

They always provide great service and food. We always enjoy ourselves. Do NOT question whether you should try them, do it, you won’t be disappointed.

Service was a bit slow, although tHe food was good.

We had Theresa as our server. SHE.IS.UH-MAZING! Theresa is super personable, friendly and helpful! She gave us a great experience. The only downfall of the night was the dirty floors throughout the restaurant. Other than that, a great time was had by my husband and I! 🙂

16th birthday dinner celebration! We had the best service we have ever had. Leo was very attentive to our drinks and requests at the table.

Seated where requested which was appreciated.
Server (Greg) seemed distracted and rushed; took one drink order but not the rest, wasn’t apologetic when we were told a bottle of wine we ordered was not available; didn’t recognize a birthday in our group or ask if we wanted to order dessert which was very disappointing; an 8 oz wine pour was served when a 5 oz pour was ordered. Adjustment was made on bill only after we brought it to his attention. He clearly knew the mistake had been made when we asked about the bill. (That extra 3 oz was not consumed.)
We’ve had this server in the past and he’s been better so maybe just an off night or staff shortage but still disappointing especially for the member of our party whose birthday it was.
The food was delicious and served timely so that was a plus.
We’ll definitely be back and hope for a better experience which is what we’ve come to expect after years of dining here.

It was Veterans Day and I wanted some place nice to take him. This was our second time there and it was awesome. Our waiter Jake was great a couple small issues but Jake and manager took care of them.

We ate at Firebirds on Memorial Day when they offered a free meal to service members and veterans. Surprisingly, it was busy but not packed. The food was excellent as always. My wife had ribs, half of which she took home, and I had the salmon. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. We have eaten at Firebirds many times and will certainly be back.

Firebirds is our favorite restaurant in Peoria. Good food, good service!

Welcoming and attractive venue. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Delicious and well-prepared food. Their salmon is always cooked to perfection! Good selection of wines. One of my favorite places!

We have gone to Firebirds’s since it first opened. Especially for special occasions. They are constantly excellent and have no equal in the valley. If you have not been there you are missing out. Service Excellence 100%.
