As always our service was excellent. Our waiter was wonderful. We have had Don before and will ask for him our next visit. The food was so good and always recommend to our friends.
They are always on their game! Food and service was great!
Wonderful experience! This was the first time to a restaurant in 2 1/2 years for my 94 year old Aunt and her son., Dan. We were celebrating Dan’s birthday. This was our regular spot for monthly lunches pre Covid. The food seemed extra special. Enjoyed Strawberry Shrimp Salad, Steak Sandwich and Fish Tacos. Our server was excellent and made it a special fun experience .
I don’t know if you were short staffed but we had to wait a long time to eat. The restaurant was very noisy & it was difficult to carry on a normal voice conversation. It was a very disappointing visit. However, the food was still amazing!
Food was amazing great customer service. We will definitely go back again.
Price - reasonable
Quality of food - good
Service - very good
Alcoholic drinks - well made
Ambient noise level - high
Meat preparation - 4 of 5 steaks were overdone
Table - extremely uncomfortable for large men
Had a great date night at Firebirds. Food and drinks were delicious! Special thanks to Jayden for being a great waitress! She was Warm, friendly, and gave excellent service!
This was our first visit to Firebirds. Our first impression was that it was a little too crowded and noisy for us. There were a lot of people packed into that place! The tables near us were so close to us, you had to walk single file between them to get by. The waitresses looked like they were struggling to get food to the people sat at those tables.
The food was really good. The menu selections was a good size, It offered plenty of things that we would have loved to try. We had the prime rib, it was absolutely delicious. We then had the creme brulee cheesecake. That was amazing! The waitress was friendly and quick. Another waitress happened to be walking by and stopped to fill our water glasses and had a quick friendly conversation with us.
I would like to try them on a weeknight and see how the crowd/noise level compares. But we will definitely go back.
The food took over 30 min to be brought to the table and the manager could not even be bothered to come apologize for the delay
Good food and service
Wonderful place for a tasty lunch and a chance to catch up with a friend! Met my friend for lunch and we each had the steak salad. The server was aware of how to address my need for gluten-free and was appropriately attentive throughout our meal. The kitchen did not distinguish between my request for medium-cooked steak and my friend's medium-well order, but this was a minor detail. The restrooms reflected a need for attention, but this may be due to the current difficulty staffing during the resurgence of COVID-19. Overall, a delicious lunch with a cool and welcoming ambience.
Our favorite place.
Had a reservation and we were seated on time. First time eating here and was very impressed. Our server Ken was great! Food was delicious! We both had steaks and they were prepared perfectly! I had the aged ribeye, it was very tender and delicious! The wood fired taste was perfect for the steak. Will be back! Wish I would have visited before waiting so long.
Our server was excellent, the food was delicious and we had a wonderful experience
Great food, great service! We really enjoyed it! Will continue to be regulars.
I was surprisingly underwhelmed by the entire experience. We were celebrating a wedding anniversary and we're hoping for some steak and lobster. Unfortunately, they had no Lobster. The filet mignon and shrimp was the alternative and it was nothing special. The filet was tender but over-seasoned, as were the four or five small shrimp. We were also placed by the kitchen (rather noisy with a lot of staff coming and going). Considering I referenced this being an important anniversary, I am pretty surprised that we were placed in such a distracting area. I seriously could have had a better dinner at one of the over seasoning chain restaurants for half the price LOL.
Ordered prime rib and the taste was excellent, however there was quite a bit of gristle (not fat). Our waitress noticed the amount of gristle cut from the serving and asked if we would like another slice. We did not take the offered replacement and advised it would be OK. The manager soon appeared at our table and reviewed the slice of prime rib with the gristle and he also offered to replace the serving. We again refused and thanked him for offering. When our bill came the manager had comped the prime rib and sent a small desert to the table. This is what I consider EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. They did not have to comp the meal nor did they have to send a small desert , but those type of gestures will bring me back and in the long run will crate more business than the few dollars they forfeited with the comp meal and desert.
We had a reservation but didn’t want to sit next to the kitchen prep area. The hostess told Us to go back and wait. She then appeared to be having a rather long discussion with another employee trying to figure out where to seat Us? We solved the problem this seemed to cause and informed her we would sit at the bar. It was a bit irritating why this was an issue as there were several other tables available. Overall the food and drinks were excellent. The bar staff was great!
Unfortunately the grill was not working, so the menu was very limited. We were called by the manager to advise us of the problem, which was very thoughtful. But we were all almost at the restaurant so we went.
We’ve been going there for year and it’s always great!!
Food was not good pasta undercooked one dish overcooked the other bacon tasted old and we got our bread late the waiter offered soup or salad because we thought we had to get it with our entree only to see we were charged for them at end no mention of an extra cost for it at any point.
Friday night filets at Firebirds ~ yes please! Our server Michelle did a great job making sure we were happy with everything and although we could tell she was newer to her job she went out of her way to answer questions she didn't know answers to. The manager at this location is fabulous and you can always see him out lending a hand to all of his servers which is probably why the staff stays. The deviled eggs are a must order as the creme brulee cheesecake for dessert. Filets are always done well and another favorite is the pineapple chicken kabobs. Great date night spot.
Great dinner, I’ll be back !!!
Best restaurant in town! Food is excellent and the service is terrific. Dessert was crazy good.
Firebirds needs improvement - I think they are trying their best.
okay I know the pandemic has killed small businesses- and finding workers is more than difficult - but the quality of the food is really struggling…. Went in for our 26th Anniversary as we wanted to eat on our side of town to support local businesses- choose Firebirds…. 7pm reservations and knew we wanted prime rib (on two available at 7pm and they were Medium :(…. Wife ordered chicken - was over cooked.
Manager came over and asked about our dinner - we are not complainers - but there were a few things to share. I know it’s tough to get help - I really hope they improve.
Great food and atmosphere. Had the Grilled Salmon and Carrot 🥕 cake for dessert. Thank and good luck with keeping your employees happy...
Great food, good service, a favorite restaurant of mine
We had an excellent dinner at Firebirds at 16067 N Arrowhead Fountains Center Dr, Peoria, AZ last night. We requested our favorite server, Meg, who is energetic, personable, accommodating, and fun to have. We had Matt, the manager stop by our table. He is wonderful as well as accommodating. He and Meg even were able to get the charge at the next table reversed so the gentleman's bill could be added to my bill as I found out it was his birthday! I hope Firebirds appreciates how much these two people add to the dining experience that makes not only the food but the atmosphere worth the trip to your fine establishment!
There are only a few restaurants that I love personally but hate to recommend, since it could mean it would be difficult for me to book a reservation.....Firebirds is one of those restaurants. My wife and I love it, but we try not to tell too many people about it...oopppps, I guess I just did. Anyway, it is a favorite of ours and, I'm certain, you will love it as well. The menu is great, the service is excellent and the food is perfect. But, please, don't tell too many people.
Great birthday dinner
A lovely evening! Two of us had steak, one had ribs, and one the wood-grilled salmon. Everything delicious and cooked exactly as we requested. The mushrooms in a port wine sauce fabulous, and the veggies fresh. Waiter was great. This was our reunion with friends we had not seen since the lockdown, and it was perfect!
It is very loud
Food was great. Our waitress, Macy, was so sweet, gracious and observant! She always had a smile for us.
First time at Firebirds! Family of 5, service was excellent and the steak was great filet mignon and ribeye had good flavor and cooked well! Salmon was very good and cooked very well also. Green beans were a tad undercooked but still good. Cheesecake dessert was very smooth and nice had a crunch with the creme brulee!
Our favorite restaurant. Always good food. Management and servers who seem to really care about the food and the service. We go there when we want a really good meal!
Excellent menu choices, expertly executed. Saturday date night was flawless. We shared two entree dishes, steak & chicken. Both were flavorful & plentiful. Service was friendly & knowledgeable. Dessert (creme brulee cheesecake) was Soooo scrumptious. Overall a great evening!
The ambience and service was great, but the about of tables and people that they fit into that small place is incredible. The food was average, which was a little disappointing for a high-scale restaurant. Great size portions, though.
Firebirds is one of our favorite destination restaurants. The staff is welcome and professional from the moment you arrive. The manager, Jason, is exceptional with his interaction with patrons. From often hustling food out to assist staff with service to just a special inquiry to your table about the food or any additional needs you might have. Then there’s the food. Great variety always presented timely and most often delicious. The restaurant has a nice wine list as well as a variety of other beverages. Happy hour draws a full house every time we’ve been there. We dine there often and I highly recommend it. We just love the atmosphere.
everything was excellent, wonderful date night place.
Firebirds is my go to place to eat. Food is consistently good. Noise level is high. Never eaten in the bar.
