   Edgar was absolutely fantastic! We took my mother and family there to celebrate an early Mother’s Day meal and he was on top of everything. Incredibly polite and attentive throughout our time there. His service would be excellent at an establishment that charges many times more than Firebirds. We hope to see Edgar again in future trips!

   Always delicious! Love the baby back ribs, they are exceptional and the Java bbq is the best!!

   My wife and I recently celebrated our 41st anniversary and the staff was amazing. Manager and staff placed a bouquet of flowers and beautiful card congratulating us on our anniversary and treated us so amazing. The food as always was impeccable. Great Flavour and done perfectly. Thank you

   The food is always great. Our waitress was summer and she was excellent. Checked in with us three or four times. It can be a little pricey especially Sides and appetizers.

   We keep returning to your Peoria location because we love the ambiance. Food is always excellent and your staff, like Maria, make Firebird a favorite of ours and never disappoints. See you next time....

   We go there often. My filet was Overcooked and a little tough but it was good. The brownie was hard and not warmed but also good!

   It was our 5th or 6th time at Firebirds. We took my son and his wife who were visiting. They are super picky about food and restaurants and they were impressed and loved the food. The service is always the best! Brunch here is great too. The atmosphere is bustling. If you’re looking for super quiet, like a meeting or romantic night don’t go on a weekend. I would like to see the side dishes described with more detail. I didn’t expect goat cheese on top of the charred carrots and ancient grains.
