    We decided to visit Firebirds over the 4th of July weekend for their baby back ribs special. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, juicy with great tasting BBQ sauce. Our server Dyvine was outstanding giving great service from start to finish. Overall, this is one of our favorite restaurants; we highly recommend!

    We had a party of 11 people. The service was outstanding. Appetizers were good but my main dish, the Chilean Sea Bass with shrimp was not very good. It tasted like it was old. I was very disappointed because I was looking forward to this meal all week.

    Went to have dinner before a Gold Cup soccer match. Jeremy took outstanding care of us. Wife’s order had a potential problem with it Jeremy came to let us know and see what she wanted to do. After the food was delivered, Jeremy checked with us to see if it was ok, a short time later the service manager came to check and offered to remake part of the dish. As we were finishing up our meal, the front end manager came to check and make sure everything was okay. The dedication to ensuring the customer was taken care of was incredible and we are planning on going back soon.

    We dine here often. Very solid and consistent. The only minor problem was immediately fixed. I ordered the pork chop with mashed potatoes and asked that they come out hot. The potatoes came out lukewarm. I mentioned it to our server and they immediately brought out a new order. Hot. Much appreciated.

    When making our reservation I indicated that we were celebrating our anniversary. Firebirds had a special table made up for us complete with an impressive white flower and an anniversary greeting card. The staff obviously knew about our celebration and greeted us with best wishes etc. Our waiter was excellent and topped our luncheon off with a complimentary piece of cheese cake. Our experience could not be better....Our meal was delicious!
