Great service good food timely
Our waiter's name was Dutch and he was very helpful with deciding what to order to eat and drink. He had a great attitude and was fun to talk to. He had a great sense of humor and will definitely request his table every time I go there. Thank you for a Great experience and patience.
Food had good flavor but came out cold. They were out of several of the beers we tried to order and it was a Saturday.
Everything was great. I don’t like to be forced to write a review
The cilantro lime chicken I ordered was terrible! Chicken was dry, stringy & severely lacking in flavor & moisture - couldn’t even taste any salt or pepper. The accompanying sauce was room temperature, not even warm, with mild very unpleasant taste. Someone came by and asked how our meal tasted & I was honest. So she brought me pineapple chicken instead. It arrived at the table hot & flavorful.
The bread was delicious but the butter served with it was extremely hard, so much so that I cut my finger with the sharp knife trying to cut some butter for my bread. Please make sure delicious bread is served with butter that is spreadable, not rock hard.
My husband’s salad was delicious except the chicken was so dry, overcooked.
Our grandson enjoyed his fruit & tater tots but his chicken fingers were too dry to eat. And $8 is way too much for a kids meal with tiny serving of fruit & tots without any edible protein.
We had recently eaten at Firebirds In Alpharetta (yesterday!) & had a great meal. It was so disappointing that our experience tonight at Peachtree Corners was not delicious like our meal in Alpharetta.
The food was EXCELLENT, our waitress was awesome, and I will be back!
Enjoyed our meal at firebirds! Ribeye steaks very flavorful. Nice ambience with a well stocked bar. Service was very good. Will return.
The lobster spinach dip was outstanding! We also had the salmon which is consistently excellent, particularly if you have the port wine mushrooms as a side!
Food was all cooked to order perfectly! Very tasty!
Portions ample, food very fresh and good, ambiance very comfortable. Have been twice in last month and both times was very pleased with everything.
I have been to several Firebirds across the South. This one was less than I was expecting from a food standpoint. Love the BLT salad. The server and the manager more than made up for any difficulties with catering to our needs and sharing a bit about how difficult it is to maneuver in this covid environment. Kudos to them for blazing through.
My boyfriend birthday
Everything was great. Really great menu of diverse dinner items. Excellent bar with lots of unique drink choices. Service was wonderful also.
Food was ok, we had a slightly bad experience with a kids grilled chicken meal having raw chicken. They were very apologetic and gave the kids ice cream. Seemed a little expensive for what it was compared to higher end restaurants in the area.
Our server Stephen was great as always the food was wonderful!
Absolutely best restaurant I have been to in a long time!! Great in every way!!
My fiancé and I love going to Firebirds. I definitely recommend asking for Brandon for your server because he's extremely pleasant, and keeps a good conversation going.
We love half price wine on Monday's ...... Great food and service. Keep it up guys, I know with COVID it is hard.....we appreciate you being open!
The food is always great at Firebirds. However, when we got to the restaurant we did not have a reservation, so they put us on a waiting list and told us they were unsure of the wait time. I decided to check out Open Table to see if there were any reservations and there were several. So, I made one for 6 people and we were seated right away. I thought this was a little ridiculous considering there were several empty tables. The hostesses were pretty rude. I would go back for the food, but was disappointed by this.
The baby back ribs were the worst I have ever had! No meat and tough. The server was either new to serving or just a bad server. He dumped a water pitcher on our table for us to pour our own water. He didn’t ask if we would like bread service. I was brought my bill but then charged for someone else’s bill. I was told the incorrect charge will drop off of my account, let’s wait and see about that one. He spoke to us way to casually The whole experience was way below what you would expect from a steak house. As a small business owner the manager of this restaurant has a lot of work to do!
We celebrated my 4-year Cancerversary! The service was great and the manager comped my creme brûlée cheesecake, which was delicious!
The Fired Up shrimp is the best. Our server Roland was cheery and helpful. Made our Xmas eve great!
Great food - reasonable prices for a nice restaurant of this quality
The service was fine, not great. I would have expected a bit more attention. The kitchen was slow in getting our food out and when it came out all 3 steaks were done to the wrong temperature, including a filet that came out gray. Really too bad, the place has a nice feel and plenty of potential. Hopefully they can get the kitchen sorted out.
I did not have a good experience. Even though I was with my daughter, I had three different waiters and I ordered a black diamond and never got it. The food was excellent but the service was not good at all. I was very uncomfortable and felt out of place. My waiter even asked me “did you want to order some food?” Mine you, it was my birthday and I just wanted to do something nice for myself. I asked for a to go box and the waiter set the items on the table while other waiters accommodate their guest. I’m definitely coming back for the food but I’ll be sure to sit at the bar
New waiter was very good. One meal was delayed and as a result was comped. Very nice gesture.
We were there for my 72nd birthday celebration. Everything started out great. We got our drinks & an appetizer-good. Then we waited & waited for our waiter to return for mor drinks & food order. Our salads came & daugjter & granddaughter main course came. A couple minutes later our main course came-cold! I had the prime rib, looked delicious but was cold. Au jus also cold! I asked server to warm up a
Little & it came back shriveled from the microwave & the hot but tough!! $200 dinner not worth it!!!
We had our office Christmas luncheon there. There was a bit of miscommunication between us and the restaurant but they went over and beyond our expectations. Food was great and the area we sat in was very pleasant.
Food and Service was the best!
It was very misleading my food was cold and steak over cooked .
Was not their finest night. Our waiter was very polite and did his best but was overwhelmed. Our meals took a very long time and unfortunately the Prime Rib was not prepared correctly nor was it a good cut of meat. They comped one of the meals which was the right thing to do.
I have been to another location pre-Covid and it was excellent. I still recommend and do understand these are difficult times for many fine dining establishments.
Our waitress Rochelle was fantastic and she made a good dining experience fabulous!
Von is a really great server! Very attentive :)
Good service, great waiter. Thanks
Drinks from the bar came quickly. Food was great started with the Philly egg rolls and would come back just for those! Our filets were perfectly cooked and tender. Our waitress was on top of things at all times and had a great attitude that makes you want to come back. My only complaint is that each table has a bright spotlight over it. I assume it is to illuminate your food (??) but all it did was shine annoyingly in my eyes. That was enough of an annoyance to keep me from being a regular.
Great menu choices. Service is a little slow. However, this is true across the board in restaurants.
We were seated at 7:00, the time of our reservation. We ordered 2 glasses of wine. After 10 minutes, the server came and wanted to know if we wanted to order. we told him we have not received our wine. He told us the bar was backed up so do we want to wait to get the wine before we ordered. We said yes. He did not seemed pleased with our answer. After 10 more minutes (20 total) we still had not received our wine nor did we see our server. So decided not to wait any longer and left and had dinner across the street. Very disappointing. Had lunch there before and all had seemed good.
We went to celebrate my daughter’s
27th birthday. We will definitely come back in the future. Good overall experience.
2 of our orders steaks overcooked. Which was replaced, but added wait time. Prime rib my wife initially ordered was gone and have to order the ribeye which was well done instead of medium. Food delivered to table was somewhat slow.
