It was eh. I’m glad I’ve been to this restaurant before at another location or I wouldn’t return. No Covid care except for wearing masks. The seats were too close to others so we ended up sitting in the bar area where no one else was. We had two servers who randomly came to help but never introduced to say they were helping. It got so bad the hostess ended up getting our drinks. It took forever to get our drinks so we had to ask the hostess to help. Our food came before our drinks. Then a group of regulars came in, ordered drinks and food and got everything in the time we sat waiting for our drinks smh. One of the servers that was helping our table spent more time talking to the regulars than checking up on us. Mind you they were sitting right next to us smh. We had to ask for bread lol. Or wings were drenched in sauce. My salad was much smaller than at the other locations. I enjoyed myself since it was Mother’s Day but they really need to do better. I won’t be back to this location.
Tried this location for Mother’s Day but the experience didn’t go well. They were obviously overwhelmed. Our waitress was subpar. Most disappointingly, it took 45 min for cold entrees to come out. However, the manager was very apologetic and understanding.
The food was good and the service was excellent, feel we made a good choice to go there.
I went here on Mother’s Day with my family. Server was really nice and helpful. My steak was well done and I wanted medium well. My husbands ribs were a bit chewy. The ambiance was ok, but tables were way too close during COVID. They had half the restaurant cut off and seated everyone together. It was an ok experience.

The service could have been way better than it was. I had a reservation for 8:15pm and wasn’t seated until 9pm. The whole purpose of a reservation is to be seated at the time you chose at least. But, I will say the food was great I definitely enjoyed it besides our waiter who could’ve been more interactive and checked on us. Overall, the food made up for the time
Im assuming since it was Mother’s Day weekend,The reason we did not seat down until 20min after our reservation. We ordered but did not get our food until 1 hr and 45 mins later.
I love this location but hope they can get the right ppl to make it better on busy holidays.
We had a reservation and was seated rather quickly, but that was the end of anything positive. To start, our waiter seemed inexperienced and uninterested in making us feel welcomed. He barely checked on us during our 1 hour and 45mins wait for our food. At that point, I tracked him down, goofing off in the kitchen, and canceled my (salad) yes, salad! My husband and children were really hungry and at this point they had already wasted almost two hours waiting, so they decided to stay, I decided to go outside and walk around the beautiful plaza. When the food finally came my husband called me to say his steak was cold and did not taste “aged” and my daughters kids meal was bland, with the macaroni voided of cheese and taste. Never, ever again will I visit this restaurant!
The place was packed and took nearly 15 mins to be seated on a reservation and nearly an hour for the food. That’s including the 20 min wait for the appetizer and drinks. Just wasn’t timely at all.
The ambiance was light and felt good to be in. Just needs work on efficiency in the kitchen.
Wife and I ordered two cocktails each and charged different prices for same kind of drinks. Waited an hour for dinner and finally left without eating. Tired of waiting. Way too noisy
Horrible experience. Did not have our reservation (good thing I had my confirmation email). The table that we sat at had been set for 4 and we had 5 so I asked for another setting well that took 3 more times of asking. Saw the waitress one time, took over 20 minutes to get a glass of wine and took way over an hour to get our food. And as the food was finally being served to the table we were told that they had no prime rib left and the person that ordered it would have to select something else. He had to wait for his meal. They said it took that long because there were were so many online orders and they were put in front of the guests dinning in. The waitress NEVER came over to ask us if everything was ok. In fact we only saw her again when she delivered the check. Had to ask the host for more water and to top everything off they charged us for an extra glass of wine that was never ordered. Will never return to this location.
It’s was a Great time.. little disappointed at kitchen running out of menu items and didn’t explain before trying to serve a substitute meal without advisement
Arrived on time for reservation. Seated right away. Waited > 1 hr for food for our table of 5. Nearby table of 8 arrived later and got food earlier. My daughter found part of a plastic utensil in her mashed potatoes. LONG wait for chicken kabobs that were dry.
Took more of than 1.5 hours to get food that had to be sent back because overcooked. Loud environment and no management checking on tables. Reservation wasn’t honored even though called to confirm firm twice that day. Every table I could see was upset and disappointed. Server was good but avoided the table because she knew how bad the kitchen was.
We enjoyed the food very much, and the patio was lovely. Our only issue was that the hostess had trouble seating us, but I imagine that was a one time complication.

Food is always good, but it was exceptional tonight. Fabiola took great care of us too. :)
The service was outstanding. We did a reservation but arrived 15 mins early and was still seated. The food was incredible. The deviled eggs were spicy but not to much. The Buffalo wings were good and our entrees came out just right. I will definitely dine here again. They ambiance was great for date night we really enjoyed the drinks as well.
Thus place was awesome! The food and service was great. I really enjoyed my dinner.

I loved the environment as it reminds me of one of my favorite restaurant in New Jersey. The only issue was that there’s a little mix up on food but it was easily fixed. And also they didn’t have creme brûlé cheesecake, which i was looking forward to a day before. they said they ran out of the gas to brûlée the top. Other than that, everything was great and the food is worth the money.
Our server was excellent. Drinks kept coming and food was amazing!
It was my birthday and I had a great Time the food service everything thing was great 🥰
We visit often but this particular night we had to wait unusually long. They did comp us. I think they need more staff.

Be fine... maybe. Seafood undercooked, steaks just all right, and appetizer (lobster cheese dip) was not warm. Service: got our food timely but waitress did not seem to want to be there, not the least bit friendly. I understand that we are in a tough time right now for wait staff but there was not hardly anyone there (no customers) that evening. Due to knowing how much stress there is on waitstaff due to understaffing currently I still tipped well since she did stay on top of drinks and getting our food to us.
The service was less than satisfactory. We had to ask to have waters refilled and dirty plates removed. We laughed because at one point we had put the used empty plates on the outside of the table to have them removed and FIVE different employees walked past us and all ignored the dirty plates. We even asked the person who brought our food to take them, she said okay and then walked away and never returned. I’ll stick with Marlowe’s.

Appetizer did not arrive before the entrees - server forgot to put it in. Had to send ribeye back twice was not cooked to requested temperature. Center sirloin had a gassy taste. Didn’t taste like it was cooked over wood.
Peachtree Corners Firebirds is new so maybe kinks have not been worked out yet. Have eaten at Firebirds in Charlotte & Alpharetta and it’s been excellent.
Don’t know if I’ll try this location again- may stick to Alpharetta location.
Tried out this location as I have been to the one over at the Avalon and the food and service was mediocore. We had a party of eight and the drinks and food were extremely slow to arrive. Three out of 8 guests had stomach issues that same night due to how greasy the food was. The pasta i had was enough to feed two grown adults but it was mainly pasta and the sauce was terrible. If you wnat good wine, this is not the place to go.

The lobster and spinach queso is officially my new favorite appetizer! Not only is it delicious it’s a beautiful dish. 😍 The service was great as well as the atmosphere.
Location, Service, environment all were very nice. Wife had the center cut sirloin and it was excellent. I had the Delmonico and it had a good bit of fat in the middle. BLT salad to start and the bread were all good. Will return but order something different next time.
We had a Sunday lunch reservation. There were four booths open but we were not permitted to have a booth because we didn’t request it with our reservation. I would have understood but there were at least three booths open the entire time we were dining.
Two of us ordered salads with salmon and steak. Salads were pretty boring. Another person ordered the meatloaf and loved it.
The ambience was very nice! Food was amazing and the service was outstanding! Girls night out was a success and they made our experience even better. Will definitely be going back
We had a very pleasant time with old friends, (their first visit there). Food was good, service good. Everyone, including the manager, made us feel important and recognized. The only negative was the cold blowing temperature. We are having unseasonably cold weather and it is difficult to totally enjoy a dinner, if you are shivering. Our visitors were cold as well!
