The food was really good, I brought my mom here for lunch for her birthday and the table topper they gave us and the cheesecake bites at the end of the meal were very nice touches to acknowledge her birthday. We both ordered salads and really enjoyed them. Only reason I docked a star was because the service was a bit slow for a weekday lunch. Our server was very nice but just a little slow as I had to get back to work. I will go back to this restaurant.

Way too long to get greeted and drinks. - 20 mins They forgot to place one of orders and they attempted to blame everyone else. A really bad look to say the least. The salad was good but the meals were sub par.

We normally enjoy going to Firebirds. This past time, we were sat at our table and waited for almost 10 mins for a waiter. No one came to our table during this time. We didn't even get water. I actually called another restaurant to check their wait time at our table and we left without seeing a server. Disappointing.

Arrived a bit late to this restaurant. They close at 10 and I got there about 9:20. It was pretty empty in the restaurant. Everyone was so kind and welcoming even though it was almost time to close. Server offered bread and stated since they ran out they will make us fresh bread. My date and I also ordered couple round of drinks. I got the tomahawk pork chop (didn’t know pigs had tomahawk lol) and my date got the Firebirds burger. My sides with my pork chop was a little lukewarm. My date stated his burger was also not very hot in temperature. (Not cold just not hot). Overall I would definitely come back to this Firebirds location.

We usually go there when they have the ribs on special for $19.95. My wife got the garlic sirloin, my older grandson got his usual salmon, and the other grandson asked for the "adult burger" even though he is 9. Service was great, the manager checked up on us to be sure everything was okay. My wife and I had sufficient to take some home, the grandsons cleared their plates.

Disappointed that we were told that although we booked through Open Table, we couldn’t have a booth since we didn’t call and ask for one, and that the booths were for reservations of people who called for them. We watched multiple booths stay empty the entire time we were there. Bar drinks were awful and you were out of many liquors we requested in our drinks. Server disappeared a lot.
