Service was great and so was the food, checked often to make sure we were doing good.

Perfect place to have an amazing birthday dinner! Sat outside and the waiter was great and food was even better.

We were there early To avoid the crowd and COVID, We had a very nice and brand new waiter. I was thrilled with their red Manhattan seafood chowder and even took s couple of bowls home for Saturday! We love Firebirds and go there often!

Chile rubbed steak was amazing. Tender and juicy. Philly cheese steak eggrolls come with the mustard already on them, so make sure you ask for it on the side if you dont like mustard.

First when I got there the hostess mentioned seating a table of 9, but when I mentioned there’s only 4 she seem to have a little attitude. Once I showed her my reservation on my phone - she then apologized. Ok, now we are seated and our waitress was nice. We placed our orders, food came out at a good time. My dinner came out and it was cold. The chicken was so cold it almost seem like it wasn’t cooked. So instead of making me a new order, the waitress takes the chicken off my plate and takes it to the back to warm it up. First and foremost, I’ve never seen this happen before. Usually they would make me a new plate. Worst part about this is, even after she brought the chicken back out - you can tell she tried reheating it but it was still cold! Anyways, I tipped my waiter regardless of these circumstances cause that’s just who I am. But I would never go back to Orlando’s firebird. My fav Firebirds are back home in Delaware And New Jersey!

The service was ok but would expect higher attention to detail. Steaks were undercooked and of average quality. Not what I expected for the prices being charged.

The food was delicious, great presentation and flavor, the service was quick and pleasant. The ambiance was great.

Overall service and hospitality of the staff was good, friendly. However they messed up our order 3 times. First, they brought us the wrong order... Second, my girlfriends order was wrong(steak prepared wrong)... Third, my order was wrong(steak prepared wrong)

I made reservations for New Years Eve and was pleasantly surprised by the fast service that we received. Our table was ready by the time we arrived.
The dinner was fantastic and the server was friendly and helpful about the specials they were offering. We were in town for Disney and were worried everything would be full. The ambiance was just right, not too loud or too crowded. I would highly recommend Firebirds to anyone traveling from out of town or locals for that matter.

Food was good, service was excellent. Liza was attentive but not overbearing. Stasia, our hostess, was fun knowledgeable and customer oriented. Great job by both of these ladies.

Outdoor patio (pandemic-friendly) get-together with friends meant we were looking for an outdoor experience - and Firebird's covered/enclosed heated-patio was ideal. Weather was cold outside and we were comfy still.

We were bunching, and menu was extensive, food choices abundant, beer wine and and cocktail options offered. Brunch-focused portion of menu included appropriate variety of breakfast and lunch options.

Staff were friendly, food was great, and we were able to watch sporting event on outdoor TVs (Direct TV) while dining with friends / brilliant!

Patio is remote from kitchen, so getting "hot food" to table was a challenge in cold weather. Pace of our meal was slow - but not an issue.

Not our first visit - and previous experiences have always been great - good service, excellent food quality - and this visit was no exception!

Had a date night here! The food was amazing. I had the pepper crusted steak and it was the best I have ever had!

Good food and great atmosphere

There was no spinach in the spinach salad (6 spinach leaves). All the rest was garden salad. This is a huge change from just a year or two ago.....when the spinach salad was actually all spinach... and a much larger portion.

Outdoor dining chairs wee very uncomfortable. Has anyone from management even sat in/tried those chairs.

Not sure I can ever recommend Firebirds to anyone, and I’ll probably not visit again myself....after being a loyal patron since 2014 (first in Richmond, VA and then Orlando).

Steak/shrimp was excellent; potatoes lukewarm but waitress brought fresh immediately and they were piping hot!!! Our waitress, Maria, was excellent.

the food is always good and the service is as well. We felt very safe as the tables were distanced and the staff wore masks. This is a good stand by restaurant for us and will continue to be.

Amazing food for sure. Our waitress was extremely nice. My only complaint was that when my son & his girlfriend arrived for our reservation he was told he could not be seated until our full party had arrived. We were a party of 5. My husband, younger son & I were parking our car. We came into the restaurant & were seated right away. Which was good. However about 20 minutes later we see a gentleman seated by himself at a table for 7. Once seated we over hear him on his phone saying “Yeah they just sat me, his long till you arrive? I’ve already ordered appetizers.”. If it’s a policy to only seat full parties that should apply to everyone.

Always have a good meal and good service here. Very dependable
