Great customer service

Our dinner was a birthday celebration for a couple whose wife was celebrating a birthday. Everything was very nice including the complimentary dessert.

What can I say..It was a blast. Food was amazing, service was amazing, I would most definitely go back. 10/10 and highly recommend dining here when in the Orlando area. Get the cheesecake!

Ambiance was nice and food was excellent! There was ample parking as well! The best part was the scheduling process via the Open Table app and my table was ready on time.

Vacation with family and friends. Visited Firebirds in TN. I had to come here as well. Connor was our server and he did a great job.

This has always been our favorite restaurant. When our meals came it was the order for another table. One of the orders was correct so the server left it and said it would be about 5 minutes for the other order. I’m eating my steak thinking my dates would be here any minute. 10 minutes goes by and I am feeling uncomfortable eating in front of my date. I asked the waiter what the hold up was. He acted as if he didn’t know something was wrong. 25 minutes passed before my dates order ever arrived. She was so disappointed that she couldn’t eat it. They comp’d our meal and replaced both meals but it was to little too late. The steak I ordered medium was bleeding so bad I couldn’t eat it( the one I brought home) we were so disappointed in the experience that we decided that would be the last time we visit this restaurant.

Tonight was our first time to the Orlando Firebirds. After experiencing a fine meal at the Firebirds in Columbus, Ohio, we decided to give our local restaurant a try. A full and lively restaurant, we were promptly seated in a booth and met our server, Thiago. We cannot say enough about the excellent job he did. Not only was he welcoming, he was dealt the curveball of the special prime rib first running out of medium rare and then being told that only well done was left. His manager did not leave him hanging and came to our table and offered ribeye steaks in its place, with his apologies. Disappointed? Yes. Did they make up for it? Absolutely. These things happen and we try and being understanding rather than complaining. Our steaks were perfectly cooked medium rare and well seasoned - we were very pleased. Our lobster queso was wonderful and our cocktails were delicious. The next table over from us were less understanding about the prime rib, despite what we thought were good faith efforts on the manager and Thiago. Disappointment over a meal I don't believe is a cause to be rude if people are trying to make it right. We could not have asked for better or more attentive service and the food was far better than we expect from a chain. Firebirds knows steaks and they know good service, managers and wait staff. We will be back again and recommend you try them as well.

Delicious! Pricey but worth every penny. Try the Brule cheesecake. You won't be disappointed!

Always a pleasure to eat at Firebirds! Our server, Maddox, was terrific and everything we ordered was delicious, fresh and cooked to order.

What started as a reservation for 8 ended up as a reservation for 11. FB team was very accommodating are were able to make the change without a problem.
Wait staff was attentive and handled our group smoothly. Food was good. We will go back.

Menue is very creative. I had the salmon salad which was very good. My husband had a burger that was cooked exactly like he wanted (med rare) and was also very good. We enjoyed out much and will go back for dinner one of these days!!

Loved it there, enjoyed the mimosas. Salmon was just ok, but I've enjoyed other options there, so I know the food is good. Nice setting and great service!

Everything was OK. Many things were missed by our server...but she tried. Iced tea served warm with little ice, drinks not refilled in a timely manner, and wrong drink refilled altogether. Salads were ok and burger meat was flavorless. I don’t know if it was being the first table of the day or if it was because it was a holiday brunch...but we all left unimpressed.

Very good food in a quiet atmosphere and excellent waiters!

I really enjoyed my salmon benedict. It came with a good size piece of salmon with amazing sauce. The breakfast potatoes were a nice helping and they were delicious. The breakfast burger with the bacon jam that my husband ordered was so yummy I couldn't help but have more than a few bites.

The food was superb. My boyfriend ordered the surf and turf and the steak was so tender and juicy I wished I ordered that instead of the spicy chicken pasta. My dish was very good too but not as good as the steak and season/broiled lobster tail. Also the service was wonderful. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone.

We had not been to Firebirds since the start of the pandemic but will return soon. Overall a very good dining experience. Service was a high point and I appreciated that our server honored my special request for the Fish Tacos from the lunch menu even though it was the dinner menu period.

Nice outdoor dining - the server and food very good!

Wss pleasantly suprised at the flexibility , we needed to change our reservation time. Loved the steaks, great seasonings and cooked to order, everything tasted great, was timely, and staff was really helpful!

Amazing, well taken care of and our server was excellent

Hostess was terrible! We had a reservation for 9:15 and we never got seated until 9:45 , she left us just standing there and other bigger groups with reservations after us got seated within minutes. We were literally only a couple of 2 people and it was ridiculous. My server was nice but honestly we had such a bad first impression it just made everything go downhill. Our food was okay, steaks needed more seasoning and mashed potatoes were bland. I want to give them another chance but honestly I’d prefer to go somewhere else and pay for better quality food and service . Def disappointed after seeing so many good reviews and not being able to experience that

Went to Firebird's specifically to try a limited menu item, striped sea bass. So glad I did!
I hope they'll bring this item back soon because it was incredibly delicious. The fish was topped with grilled shrimp and a lime sauce. One of my favorite meals EVER!

Average at best

We both had the NY strip speak special and the steaks came out perfectly prepared. Sides were delicious- green beans cooked but not soggy and a baked potato large enough for two people to share. Our waiter was attentive and the manager stopped by (twice) to check on things. Overall, just an extremely pleasant experience. Thank you!

We were celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary and firebird grill made it memorable! The staff was beyond amazing and the food taste so good. We would definitely recommend it to our friends

Brunch is relatively new... very limited menu. Eggs aren’t made to order. Outdoor area is great and service was impeccable.

Not a good place to celebrate a special occasion.

We went with another couple and we all really enjoyed our dinner. The food was really good and the staff was attentive and pleasant. We will be eating leftover ribs for dinner tonight.
