Not allowing the happy hour specials indoors when it was super hot outside was a big turn off. Enough that I won’t ever go for early dining there again. What a dumb policy.

Excellent food and service as always

Been going since they opened. Only 2 tables were seated when we arrived. They tried to seat us next to an occupied table. We told them we were not comfortable sitting here. We asked for a booth by the window. No one was seated anywhere near there. They made a BIG deal out of seating us there. We were told that our reservation was made only 15 minutes before we arrived. They did seat us there, but you would have thought we were asking for something special. Only 1 other table arrived the whole time we were there. That left probably 50 empty tables. I don't think they were very cooperative with our request. They should have moved us without doing us a "favor". Not happy with the management. Server was excellent and food was OK

They have the best bread around. Steaks were a great value!

The food was great my husband was happy to have any rings back on the menu

After making my reservation on Open Table, I called the restaurant to change my request to a romantic table for two inside but was seated at a random booth across from a large loud party at a table for 8 whose voices echoed in the high-ceilinged room. Our server was very sweet and friendly but due to her mask and the noise level, she had to lean in close for us to hear her. We ordered the salmon, the prime rib, and veggies as well as the BLT salad for our sides. The salad was very flavorful although it was quite salty. The prime rib was cooked perfectly and was a little tough to cut but had a nice flavor. The salmon also had a nice flavor but was also too salty. We are people that like salt but it was a bit too much. Both of our veggie sides were a bit on the cool side when they were served with our entrees. We found the prices a bit high for what we received. Service was attentive and the manager came by and quickly asked how our meal was. Since our complaints were small, we did not bring them up to the staff.

After this post, the regional manager for Firebirds contacted me, apologized for our issues, provided great customer service, and invited us to come back to try again , giving us a gift card. I look forward to giving them another opportunity

We had a great date night! Gabe was a great server, and the lobster spinach queso was delish. I got the salmon entree and my boyfriend got the surf and turf, both with the au gratin potato’s, which we both really enjoyed. Will be coming back!

Good experience

We felt very safe with the social distancing procedures. Food was amazing. Service was great.

Our family is comprised of adult children and their significant others. We like to get together casually and have a casual meal and gathering. The outdoor patio with a reservation is perfect right now for us as we are able to gather as a family outside away from others and enjoy time together. The selection of food at Firebirds is awesome - everything from bar snacks to very nice selections for an entree. The food is always very well prepared and delicious. If you choose to split a meal - no problem. Firebirds is the place to hand

The ambiance is comfortable and sophisticated at the same time. My husband steak and my salmon were delicious; and the white sangria was the best.

Everyone was very pleased with the food - from appetizers to dessert. I will say, however, that I was disappointed in the bacon wrapped filet. It was decent, but definetely not what you'd experience at perhaps Flemings or Ruth's Chris. We loved the ambiance, and everything else was really good, so I'll probably go back. I just won't get the steak. The beer list is extremely limited, and the 2 beers that my husband requested that they had on tap were not available. That was disappointing. All in all, a pretty good experience, though.

Great service, very good meal, nice wine selection

Great dinner! Felt very comfortable dining here as restaurants start to re-open their dining rooms. Staff is masked and employing good safety practices. Diners are well spaced apart since approximately every other table is closed to service giving a larger than 6’ buffer. It was nice to dine out for a change and get a good meal without having to worry about our safety and exposure.

Was one of the better meals we had since everything started up and back up service was awesome food was great we recommend this place.

My steak was undercooked but other than that everything was good.

Our first time out since quarantine started and we couldn’t have asked for anything better! Waiter was hilarious, nice, and knowledgeable. Really fun guy! Food was absolutely amazing and such a good value. Good sized menu. Large wine list and cocktail menu which is always a nice plus. They did a great job of spacing out guests as well and had both inside and outside seating. Would love to come back and sit at their “Fire Bar” when it reopens

Steak had no flavor. Place was dead so no excuse.

Highly recommended, excellent service specially during this time, they make you feel comfortable and safe.

Food was delicious. Waiter was very personable and knowledgeable.

This was our first dinner out during the end of the pandemic. My husband and I were the only diners inside. The outside area had a few also. We were welcomed so excitedly telling us how much everyone missed us. Everything was as wonderful as we are used to and it was a wonderful experience. I am so glad that it is open again!

We enjoyed getting back to our old favorite after all this time!

Excellent service and great food! I dont usually like chain restaurants. However Firebirds is an exception.

It was very disconcerting on Friday 13, that the manager said the staff was only washing hands every 20min not after handling used table ware!
His attitude and comments conveyed a very cavalier concern about protecting the patrons from cross contamination under current circumstances of COVID19 standards!

Lunch was wonderful--I have only good things to say except the noise level was extreme but the restaurant was packed and two groups as well. We understand!
