   Firebirds always does a great job. They have good food with numerous options to choose from and the service is very reliable. We enjoyed a couple of filets with loaded baked potatoes. It was a very nice meal. The other thing I really like about Firebirds is that it is not crazy noisy. You can have a civil conversation at your table. For these reasons, we keep going back over and over.

   Loved our dinner, drinks, everything. BUT best about our evening was server OCEAN. I dont think we have ever had such service. He knocked it out of the park. We will return to Firebirds after checking his schedule so he can help us.

   Great food and fantastic attentive server who anticipated our needs. Sirloin was cooked properly. Large portions, steak seasoned well and very flavorful. Kevin, our waiter, anticipated our needs and kept our beverages flowing. Would definitely recommend this restaurant as everything was perfect.

   We visit this location at least once a week, sometimes twice. The food and service was outstanding as usual however it seemed very disorganized this visit. I made reservations and it still seemed that tables were not available, strange at best because this has never happened before. Again food and table service was outstanding.

   Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is our families GO TO PLACE when dining out. We have always been treated with kindness, the food and service is excellent.

   My $50 steak came out bloody. I had asked for medium. They took it away, brought it back med-rare. Went ahead and at since the rest of my party were half way finished. The waiter Adam was the best part of our experience.

   It was over 2 hours from the time we ordered until our food arrived. We were never really told what happened that our food took so long. We had to ask multiple times how much longer on our food. The manger never came to update us during the wait even after the waiter said he was supposed to when we asked ETA on our food. They did bring us a complimentary appetizer but it was lobster queso and only 1 out 5 people at the table like seafood. The waiter told us as the food arrived that the bill would be taken care of. The food all tasted good but my husband’s order was wrong but he didn’t even let them know because he didn’t want to delay his meal further. The waiter was nice, fairly attentive, the food was good but due to the excessive wait especially with a 3 mth old baby, made the overall experience just ok

   It took an hour and 15 minutes to get food! I know it was Mother’s Day but did have reservation!

   Waited over an hour for my food after I ordered. I had a 12:15 reservation and wasn’t seated until after 12:30 and then it took a while to get a waiter and then over an hour to get our food. I love Firebirds but the meat was over cooked and the overall experience for Mother’s Day was just awful.

    Made a reservation 7 days in advance. Arrived early but waited 20 minutes past reservation while other people waiting were seated. If they also had reservations then you over booked. If not I was targeted and all waiting were seated before my party. Either way the experience did not meet normal expectations. After seated waited over an hour after we placed our order. Again people seated around us received their food before us and ordered after we placed our order.
