   It was over 2 hours from the time we ordered until our food arrived. We were never really told what happened that our food took so long. We had to ask multiple times how much longer on our food. The manger never came to update us during the wait even after the waiter said he was supposed to when we asked ETA on our food. They did bring us a complimentary appetizer but it was lobster queso and only 1 out 5 people at the table like seafood. The waiter told us as the food arrived that the bill would be taken care of. The food all tasted good but my husband’s order was wrong but he didn’t even let them know because he didn’t want to delay his meal further. The waiter was nice, fairly attentive, the food was good but due to the excessive wait especially with a 3 mth old baby, made the overall experience just ok

   It took an hour and 15 minutes to get food! I know it was Mother’s Day but did have reservation!

   Waited over an hour for my food after I ordered. I had a 12:15 reservation and wasn’t seated until after 12:30 and then it took a while to get a waiter and then over an hour to get our food. I love Firebirds but the meat was over cooked and the overall experience for Mother’s Day was just awful.

   Made a reservation 7 days in advance. Arrived early but waited 20 minutes past reservation while other people waiting were seated. If they also had reservations then you over booked. If not I was targeted and all waiting were seated before my party. Either way the experience did not meet normal expectations. After seated waited over an hour after we placed our order. Again people seated around us received their food before us and ordered after we placed our order.

   Waited 30 min after reservation to be seated. Food came 80 min after we finally ordered. Food was tough and had obviously been sitting for awhile and reheated. One person’s meal finally came out after everyone else had finished eating. Mother’s Day, so understandably busy, but very disappointed in Firebird’s.

   We had reservations for Mother’s Day and got a table right away. Our server was Zoey and she was wonderful. Appetizer and food was delicious for our party of 4. Firebirds is our go to place.

    Our waiter, Logan, was excellent. Our table was in a great location. Complimentary dessert for husband’s birthday was a nice touch. There was 5 of us and all were very pleased with meal. The only downside at all, it was very noisy.
