Really good food. Server did not understand a simple drink order. He mixed up orders, would leave & not return for long periods of time, put items on the wrong person’s check, and was difficult to understand, etc. He must have been new and not well trained. The fire roasted salmon was delicious!

We went for our 13th anniversary. They set up a table in the inclosed patio for us with a sign that said congratulations and a rose. The inclosed patio got a little noisy but it was an amazing view. Our server Logan was very nice, helpful and had great recommendations. I think almost every server and the manager came by to tell us congratulations on our anniversary. Everyone was so nice and friendly and the food especially the BLT salad was so great! We will definitely be back just for a regular date night.

Not my cup of tea, but not the worst I’ve had either. If friends invite me to come, I’ll definitely come out; but it’s not going to be my personal pick, mainly because I don’t feel like the food tastes good enough for the price (not the size, it was big portions but lacking in flavor/taste). My waiters were fabulous (one was in training), and the restaurant was very clean and the food came out really quick……but the side Caesar salad was the best tasting dish at our table, and we had 3 other entrees! The ribs were terrible, and our burger was well done and dry. I still say give it a try and hopefully you’ll have better food!

This group of two couples visit Firebirds every few months. It’s great! The new rib special was great for one couple. the other couple chose the wonderful wood grilled salmon. The Firebirds Cabernet is a wine we really like, but we sure miss half price wine on Mondays…we had a couple of bottles anyway! Izzy was our server and she was just delightful! We’ll be back again soon…but again we sure miss 1/2 price wine….

Waitress was great and the highlight of the night. We had the lobster spinach dip which was delicious. Our party had the garlic sirloin, fillet and ribeye. All were cooked perfect and tasted amazing. Drinks were good and well priced

My wife's steak and baked potato were cold. She neglected to mention it until the next day, however so I was unable to give the server time to do anything about it. My daughter-in-law received the wrong order first. it was remedied immediately. My cajun ribeye was very good and son's chicken sandwich was very good as well. The price seems to be on the steady increaase, especially if you have a drink or two. Did not like the margaritas. Too tart and glasses were very small.

Made a reservation for 6 for Father's Day at 1 p.m. We arrived 10 minutes early and checked in. 10 minutes went by and nothing. I checked with the host. He said "our table wasn't ready yet". 10 minutes later, the excuse was "the party had checked out but was still seated". 10 more minutes before we were finally seated. Turns out we were seated in a booth hat had been empty for at least 10 minutes before that, but wasn't bussed. It wasn't as if the place was full. Many tables and highboys were empty. At n time did a manager ever engage with us. After were were seated and had ordered, he came by 2 adjacent table to check on the service, but he ignored us. I expect he knew he would get an earful. Our waiter Jay was pleasant and efficient, therefore he was worth 4 stars. We ordered 3 appetizers, the deviled eggs, onion rings, and cracked pepper bacon. The eggs were ok, the onion rings were very light and crispy, but the bacon was a great disappointment. I did not realize that all the bacon was candied regardless of the flavor you chose. Here is the description from the menu: "Old Fashioned Bacon Candied bacon / bourbon honey / brown sugar / orange zest / cracked pepper / chile rub" Nowhere does it indicate it is all candied. I ordered the 7oz filet and it was very good, especially with the Garlic Thyme butter. The street corn was lacking any mayo or other creamy base that one usually sees. My son-in-law ordered the Roasted Garlic Sirloin medium. When he cut into it, one half was severely overcooked while the other half as medium rare. A poor job by the cook plus we could see it sat in the window for at least 5 minutes before it was brought to our table. Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant. Poor service, absolutely filthy restrooms, and the food was not what should have been given the price.
