We were in Father’s Day, so they were quite busy. Our reservation was at 5:15 and we were seated by 5:20. They offered us a free appetizer since the food was taking longer than usual. We ordered the cheesesteak egg rolls which we’ve had before. The egg rolls came out looking like mushy dog food, literally. My husband and oldest son couldn’t get past the look of them. So my youngest and I dared to try them and they weren’t bad, but not sure I’d order them again. Not sure if they changed suppliers because I don’t recall trying to get past the look of them. My oldest loves cheesesteak egg rolls and wouldn’t touch them. I would suggest a better recipe where the meat doesn’t look like mush. I’m guessing it was a cost savings choice- but I suggest they find a better supplier. On to dinner…. We’ll love the Cajun ribeye! Three of the four of us ordered it. When our food finally came out it was all lukewarm to cold. The Cajun butter they put on wouldn’t even melt. Who wants a cold steak on Father’s Day- especially one you love and have looked forward to all day?? We told the waitress. She was very nice and profusely apologized and got the manager. The manager was very nice as well. Offered to cook us new food but we didn’t want to chance it and had already waited long enough - and you don’t talk to my husband when he’s hangry! She offered to pack our meals up and covered our check which we accepted. The manager just offered it - no BS and back and forth which was refreshing. She also gave us $30 in gift cards. She also offered dessert to take home but we refused because I was starting to feel greedy. At any rate, all this to say even though our Father’s Day was ruined, their attempts to make it right were very much appreciated.

⭐️⭐️ Two Stars We were really looking forward to our dinner at Firebirds, but unfortunately the experience fell short. The food took a very long time to come out, and when it finally did, everything was lukewarm at best. The mashed potatoes were dry and not hot, the steak was also dry and barely warm, and the desserts arrived melted. That said, our server was excellent — she was kind, attentive, and genuinely apologetic. This was clearly not her fault, and she handled the situation as best she could. It was disappointing that nothing was comped despite the delays and quality issues. We expected better and hope this was just an off night.

More reason not to ever eat at chain restaurants as Firebirds really has no unique experience, character or a reason to come back again and again. For a saturday night there wasn't a line out the door and the service and food deliverly was horrible. Our drinks arrived half way thru our appetizer, main entrees a few mins after a salad which we asked to be out first. Then the food showed up under cooked, and just getting a beer was painful. Note to service staff, keep your customers informed, if the keg kicks let them know or offer another simliar option (know your beers). Basic fundamentals of serving.

My cheese burger was tasty and cooked as requested. The food was served hot and everyone was served at the same time. Enjoyable meal.

It was our first time dining at Firebird Wood Fired Grill and we were impressed with our experience. The food was excellent and the service impeccable. We were there for lunch and the noise level was extremely low. It was so nice to be able to have a conversation with the person across from you.

Food and drinks were wonderful. Filet was one of the best I’ve had. BLT salad was large and fresh. They also have GF options.

Waitress was rude, barely checked in with us. Tried to take our food even before we were finished. I asked for my steak to be well done, my boyfriend wanted medium and both of ours were both under cooked.
