   Food was pretty good. We got the Hot honey chicken sandwich which was delicious, and the firewoods chicken pasta, which was okay. The service however, probably the worst I’ve ever had. 20 minutes after being seated and not so much as having drinks, the manager finally came and got us started. A few minutes later, the server showed up and she took our orders. Checked on us once after the food got to the table. She was too busy flirting with another manager until she thought we were ready for the check. Then magically, she was on top of things

   Our family party of 10 had a wonderful dinner at Firebird. Food was fantastic and we were so well cared for. Our server, Becky, was beyond outstanding. Her kindness, capability and genuine care made it a perfect night. Highest recommendation!!

   Food and service are always good. Always recommend Firebirds. This is our go to for special occasions, which in this case was my Birthday. My only complaint is that when you make a reservation, Open Table has the option for special occasion, and I checked that box as well as wrote in the notes that it was a Birthday, and no one said a word about it. So why bother to provide that option.

   Our waitress Courtney was the best part of the experience. Atmosphere is dark, our food was marginal. We had undercooked chicken…the best part of the meal was the dessert. We won’t rush to go there again, as we have lots of other great restaurants in the area.

   We really enjoyed our lunches at Firebirds. I had the steak tacos, my one friend had the steak sandwich and the other one had the turkey club. I was confused why I was asked both on the web and at the hostess desk if we were celebrating a special occasion. O answered “yes, two birthdays.” I was expecting something from this information perhaps a free dessert .

   We had brunch and it was very good.Started with Bloody Mary's they were very good, deviled eggs so good, 2 got the bacon and eggs and I got the steak and egg tacos with a side of potatoes. The potatoes were delicious! Oh and I can't forget the biscuits with triple berry sauce, I could have drank that sauce that's how good it was.

   I had the New York strip steak, 14 oz and my wife had the baby back ribs. Both met our expectations. Would recommend and we will visit again. The service of the staff met our expectations. Interactions were pleasant.

   I hate to have to write this as I am also in the business. We had quite a few mix ups. The food took a long time. We were celebrating a big birthday as I put in the notes and it felt very underwhelming. No one acknowledging the celebration until we said something. We had a four year old with us so when you are waiting for food that long any toddler will become restless. Finally apps came out and the cheesesteak rolls were cold and about two minutes later dinner came. My salad was wilted brown and inedible. Steak came out under cooked. Manager came by and took off some things from the bill. But In my opinion if this was settled in the restaurant I would not have to write this review. I just feel like this all could have been avoided by communicating that they lost our apps so we aren’t sitting there wondering. Just acknowledge they dropped the ball. We didn’t require much. Just the right food at the right temp and edible.

    Service extremely slow, and poor. It took just over an hour after being seated to get our entrees. Dessert took just as long. 2 1/2 hours for dinner, and the slow up was not from our party of 4. Steak was ordered medium rare, and came out medium well. I usually have a good experience at Firebirds and have dined there at least a dozen times in the past 2 years.
