Great consistent high quality food. Prime rib was cooked perfectly and with the addition of creamy horseradish sauce took it over the top

We had a good experience at this restaurant. When things didn't go well such as the steak coming out wrong and running out of ice cream for the dessert, our server and management staff more than made up for it! We will be returning for sure

We dined in the restaurant for Father’s Day. We made a reservation, which was incredibly helpful to avoid the long wait at the restaurant. Our server was attentive, suggestive, and very methodical. She was friendly and outgoing, and made the experience very positive. The food was delicious and came out in a reasonable amount of time. Portion size was perfect to be filling and have a little leftover for lunch. Very impressed and pleased with the overall experience.

We dine at this Firebirds every other month with rarely an issue. This past Saturday, nine of us met at Firebirds and three of the guests had side dishes that were inedible (carrots hard as rocks and baked potatoes that were cold). Several others had food that was not hot. This evening may have been a one off. All of the servers were excellent and very attentive.

We were on the patio and a delivery tractor trailer was idling for half of our dinner while delivering next door to Dave and Buster’s. Suggest delivering before hours of operation at Firebirds or deliver through the back of the mall entrance.

The baby back ribs were tender & yummy! The burger was really good but definitely Overpriced!!

Overall the food and service was very good with one exception. One of my friends had to send her steak back because it wasn’t medium rare as she had requested.

Food was too salty and we didn’t get what we ordered. Out of veggies and the carrots were not cooked. Waited 30 minutes for an iced tea. Not the servers fault. Overwhelmed and not enough help for a holiday with reservations at 545 and nene got to leave till 815
