   Came for my birthday and they did not disappoint. Despite having a reservation, it seemed tables were full and I had to wait a bit. Service was great though and they were very nice and attentive. Food was also very delicious! They gave me free creme brulee cheesecake that was absolutely phenomenal, they helped make my day truly special and we had a great time here.

   Great dinner on a spontaneous date night. No wait. Great food great service. Just a very nice overall meal.

   Food was excellent. Our waitress, Madeline was very sweet and attentive.

   2nd time visiting Firebirds last night, this time as a family of 4 we were celebrating my son’s graduation. We had a reservation for 8pm and were sat in a small side room with two large parties who were loud. Our server was training and took our order promptly. My husband and I both ordered filets, my youngest ordered shrimp pasta and my eldest ordered salmon. We did not get cocktails or appetizers. After about 20 mins they brought one roll of bread. We did not have napkins or silverware. We asked for more bread after another 20 mins of sitting there. We waited 50 minutes to get our food! No joke. My shrimp did not come out under after we were done eating. None of this was our servers fault by any means. They took the shrimp off the bill and our total was $170 before the tip. All of the food was very good I just feel the kitchen was understaffed and they did not have enough servers and food runners which to me is a bad look on management.

   The table behind was obnoxiously loud. Several other tables were visibly annoyed/staring but they were allowed to continue being disruptive. The food was great but it was hard to enjoy dinner with that insanity going on six feet away.

   My wife and I spent our 25th wedding anniversary there for dinner. They made it a special night for the both of us. They went out of their way to make sure it was a wonderful evening. The food was excellent and the service was top notch. We will be back.

    Have eaten here a few times and only once has the entire meal been good. I would not eat here again. Food is overpriced for what you get & there has been a problem with the food almost every time. Biggest issue is over cooking to the point it’s burnt or extremely tough or both. Had the chicken previously & now the salmon.
