   the filet mignon was the most “interesting” cut of steak i’ve ever seen in my life. not worth any of the dollars it costed me. luckily it was cooked the way i requested. the mashed potatoes were dry and flavorless. the bartenders have no idea what they’re doing. Aislynn, my server, was the only enjoyable part of my whole experience. i will keep in mind Mother’s Day is the busiest restaurant day of the year. but drinks should ALWAYS be enjoyable. and a filet mignon should look the same wherever you go. Yard House remains true and dear to me. I will always choose to go there instead of Firebirds from now on.

   For Mother’s Day brunch, sat for two hours and never got our food so we left. Requested water refills twice. Never got it. Took 3 requests to talk to a manager and he said he would cover the bill, but 25 min later he walked out with none of the food we ordered. Other tables around us also received extremely slow service and their food was cold and returned when they got it. Sucks because this place used to be really good.

   Server was spectacular. On Mother’s Day for it not be crowded was a plus. The managers did there thing. Everyone worked together to get the food out fast as well as edible. My son usually never finishes his food when we go out but today he cleaned the plate. I will definitely be back more than once.

   Firebirds is always a wonderful dining time. Steaks are cooked exactly like I like them, drinks are great, service is spot on ...it is a tad noisy because of open dining area.

   The food left a lot to be desired, it was bland. The ambience was bark and gloomy. The air smelled bad. Stagnant air. The drinks were water down. Nothing special about this place.

    Food is always awesome, just wish it didn’t take an hour to get our entrees. This has been the case the past few times visiting.
