I had a very great experience here I celebrated my little brother’s birthday who turned 16 we had a party of 7 and they were very accommodating And overall I give this place a 8/10 from the food to the service it was awesome. We all had the same thing the 3 course meal. The steak was on point. We did order appetizers and i will say the lobster queso is not great at all. It was very watery and just not good, but the cheesesteak rolls was delicious.

Was excited to try this place but after waiting at our table for over 10 minutes before anyone came over was very disappointing. Then once someone did they didn't know who was waiting on us. The girl who was supposed to wait on us was in rush to leave since she was able to leave early... The waiter who waited on us seemed to be very lost and confused with everything. Drinks were good but not strong at all making you think there was no alcohol in them. Food was just fair for the money. Sad to say we wont be back again...

The prime rib is delicious and a very large portion. I always get it when I go to Firebird.

We were there for a late lunch/early dinner, so the restaurant was quieter than usual. Our server was wonderful. She was appropriately attentive, friendly, and efficient. She made our visit very pleasant. Our food was delicious.
