Bizarre! We ordered bacon cheeseburgers and this weird cheese ended up on the bottom of the plate, not on top of the burger! We ordered without a bun, but who does that. The burger was so salty it tasted like someone doused it in salt prior to cooking and then topped it with salt after. Normally they do a great job, so was super disappointed! No more burgers at Firebirds!!!

Our waiter David R, was terrific. Excellent personality and made sure we were informed as our ribs took a bit longer to cook. The rack of ribs was delicious but the meat was not as tender as the last time. If you like baked potatoes, please make sure you have Firebirds loaded potato. YUM!

Food was good as always. And our server was super attentive. He went above and beyond. He brought hot towels for our messy hands. And he even got my mom club soda to get a little stain out of her blouse.

First time eating here. We both got steaks but different cuts and both were cooked properly and tasted very good. On top of two types of potatoes we also got street corn which was just okay. It could have used a bit more spicy to it as it was just sweet. I recommend checking it out.

To start, Google and the firebirds website has the wrong address for this place. The hosts and hostesses were more interested in talking with each other than welcoming or saying goodbye to guests. Our table never got bread for some reason and our server didn’t check on us until we were done. Entrees we’re done well but appetizers were average. We had a much better experience at the Delaware location

I’m new to the area I just opened a salon suite in moorestown at Sola Suite #6, and I’ve been trying out different restaurants I will definitely be coming back to Firebirds so far it’s the best I’ve experienced in the area

A Friday night and a group of seven of us. I was sitting at one end of a long table and the noise level was sooo loud I couldn't hear what was being said at the other end of the table. A decent size menu with many options. The prices for the main course was what I would consider to be moderate. The appetizers however were over priced (($12.75 for onion rings) as were soda and coffee at $3.25 in my opinion. The cost of mixed drinks were about what one would expect. My biggest complaint was the noise....maybe next time I'll try a a weeknight and not a Friday or Saturday.

Our server was very pleasant and answered all questions. When there was a mix up with a portion of my order, my server apologized and informed the manager. The manager immediately came over to clear up the issue. I was truly appreciative of the server and managers actions. It made my night😊

The food was not as good as past experience. Took out of town guest because I thought it would be a good experience. Our fondue lobster salmon was not as expected. Not one piece of lobster in the fondue. Filet was chewy and not good quality. I was embarrassed because I hyped up the restaurant as to my past experiences. Our waitress was awesome. The bathroom was disgusting. The floor was sticky and toilets not flushing filled with toilet paper. Unfortunately, we will not be back.

Excellent service! Seated immediately with reservation. Martini was poured tableside which was upscale. Food came out quickly and was hot and very good. They also served delicious hot bread and soft butter. A bit noisy though inside. Had it not been for the heat? We would have gladly dined on the really nice outdoor seating area.

We were a party of four, all choosing a different entree. Menu offered good choices in all categories and we all enjoyed our entree nice quantity, prepared well). The cheese steak appetizer was delicious. Service was outstanding.

The ribs were outstanding, as usual. It ws a promotional meal - ribs, large fresh fruit cup and one other side, Everything was as we wanted. I don't know what else I'm supposed to say. The one disappointing thin was about Open table, not the restaurant. My default is to receive 100 points and not only did making the reservation not give me a chance to confirm that I wanted the 100 points, but I never even saw them mentioned before or after the meal, nor on the registration confirmation. Normally, the seating confirmation, tht comes after you've paid for the meal, would confirm the points. But this time it did not.

The hostess was really sweet and warm. Gerald was an excellent and an attentive server. We like the inner circle deal the steak we ordered where quality and cooked to perfection. We will never settle for Outback victoria filet again. Thank you

Our table was ready when we arrived. Our server came to our table almost immediately. My wife and I both ordered the steak frtite. The steaks were cooked perfectly to order. This is our go to place for special occasions.

Unfortunately this visit for my mothers birthday was disappointing. While the staff were nice and accommodating, the food was not that great compared to the last time I visited. There were also a lot of flies hovering around while we were trying to eat, which made the experience undesirable.

I had the porterhouse, it had zero taste to it, none. My wife said her salmon was good. Server was fantastic..Markus?? Beers were cold and good. This place is out stand by for last minute dining, it’s not a first choice.

Fantastic little gem located at the Mall of all places but you quickly forget where you are once inside. The place was moderately packed, reserving a table ahead of time was key for us. The service was impeccable. Our waitress was funny, attentive and kind. We had a firebirds chicken pasta that was a little spicy (you can also ask to spice it up) huge portions and fresh and also the garlic sirloin. The garlic sirloin was cooked to perfection and had loads of flavor with fresh herbs and garlic. They also have some large seating areas so big parties shouldn’t be discouraged. Overall, fantastic- Thank you!
