Double Diamond was excellent. Ribs were tender, moist, and delicious. And filet migon ware cooked to perfection. Service was amazing from Bartender to waitress to manager seeing to our complete satisfaction.

Food and Server were good. Drinks not so old fashion tasted watered down they used maraschino cherry instead of the standard drink cherry. They were heavy handed with the olive juice in my dirty bird to the point in overwhelmed the vodka. They had the wrong potatoes matched with the wrong steak.

I always love Firebirds and the meal that we had was amazing as always. Of course I will return again. Like everywhere else, the prices have really gone up quite a bit especially the appetizers, but they are delicious!

Dinners were wonderful. Love the charred carrots. Always an abundant amount of food. Baby back rib special was excellent. Sirloin steak dinner was cooked perfectly. One complaint- my wife ordered a glass of wine. She told server the wine did not taste like the one she knows and had before. Server told her they were out of the wine she ordered so they made a substitution. Why wasn’t she told first? Had to send it back and order something else. The substitution was not very good. But the dinners all around were excellent.

We all had the rib special. It was so delicious, as well as the baked potato. Bread was warm and outstanding . Our waitress, Harlow, was the best. A really nice dining experience!

We had a great time. From our greeting to our finish this place does not miss. Ever. Well oiled machine, please don’t change your staff. The chefs & the diverse service staff is why this place always gets 5 stars from me & my family. My ONLY negative comment is one they have ignored since opening, which is STOP OVER SALTING YOUR TATER TOTS. That’s it. Drinks, dinner & desert are all 1st class at Firebirds. Thank you again for impressing my overseas family. 🫶🏾
