Our dinner was exceptional and so was our server. We had a small problem with seating due to the number change; however, the assistant manager and general manager rectified it quickly. I can't tell you how OUTSTANDING our server was...friendly, quick, and so caring!

Server was a little over occupied and forgot to check on drinks or turn in drink order. We were eating with no drinks at one point. The appetizers are a little pricey for no more than what comes out.

Disappointing. Steaks were ok, but honestly not as good as Texas Roadhouse and a bit more expensive. Service was decent. Ambiance is ok, although the restaurant was freezing cold.

We had a business meeting at lunch and the team placed us at a back table so we could have some privacy to conduct our business. I had to change the reservation time and number of guests a few times but the team was very pleasant and accommodating.

Reservations are, at best, an indication that you’ll come at a certain time. We waited 30 minutes after arriving on time. Our server was enthusiastic and polite, but the bar and kitchen were pitiful. It took 30 minutes for a drink to arrive and longer for food. Two different mangers asked how we were doing and I replied we were having trouble. They said they were sorry but that was that. The food servings were generous and the steaks were cooked perfectly. There was a definite sense that the meat had been tenderized. If the bar and kitchen can’t keep up, they shouldn’t be open for business. The whole meal took 2 1/2 hours without appetizers. Wouldn’t recommend.

We went on veterans day dinner. So the BOGO made the value 5 star. Service was very very good. Our reservation was right on time for seating. We had a great time except for the bright spot light that was a bit much shining right in my face.

We had to wait about 30 minutes even with a reservation. However, it was the night of the Veteran's free meal and was understandably busy. The staff did an excellent job. Our server was pleasant and efficient. For the first time in ages, we were able to finish our salads before they brought our steaks. Kudos to Firebirds for again supporting military folks.

Our server Joya (I hope I spelled that right) was excellent! It was apparent that they didn’t have enough staff , but she did her best given all the responsibilities she had. Food was good…the wait was longer than expected given we had reservations.

The food is delicious, and the table service is always excellent. Our server today was way above the already high standards. The only downside was the way reception handled incoming guests. There wasn't a good place for people to wait for tables. Also, walk-in guests and those with reservations had to line up in one line. We arrived just before 1 pm, per our reservation. It was about 1:20 when we were seated. We normally enjoy Firebirds, and we did today, once we were seated. One surprise was that only the dinner menu was available "all day" according to reception. We'd planned to order from the lunch menu.

Very nice meal celebrating my sisters and my birthdays. I had a ribeye and it was cooked to a perfect medium, very tender and delicious! My sister had a filet and she said it was very good as well. My wife had the Lobster Fondue Salmon and she raved about how delicious it was. And our server was very nice, professional, and friendly. So a great meal all together. The manager came by and checked in on us as well, which is always a nice touch. The only negative was that they were out of their Prime Rib. And our reservations were at 5:00 pm so it wasn't like they had sold out for the night. My wife and sister had both order the Prime Rib, then our server, who was unaware that there was none, came back and told them so that they could make new selections. Other than that we enjoyed our evening very much!

Had a group of 9 and we were well taken care of. Sometimes with larger groups it takes longer to get your food but our orders were taken as soon as we were ready to order and food delivered promptly.

My wife and I shared the Large Filet Mignon and it had more fat than filet. The salad was really good but the loaded baked potato was overcooked. If we had wanted a fatty steak we would have ordered the ribeye. Our waiter, Patrick did a great job but our experience was far below what we expect from “Firebirds “.

Enjoyed the food and bevy’s. Our server rushed us all through the meal when there was a sea of open tables in front of us. When you are celebrating a special birthday celebration as noted on our reservation, an experienced server would have been appreciated.

We were seated at our reservation time but waited 15 minutes without service and had to ask who our waiter was. We were told our waitress had not arrived. A great guy named Health covered our table. The appetizer came out after the main dishes. The dinning room was very loud so we asked for the check before we finished dinner, got boxes togo paid and gave Health a 20% tip. Fast food would have been a better dinning experience.

My parents had a wonderful date night out treat on me. It was there first time visiting this restaurant. They had the 2 courses Prime Rib special (soup or salad starter with the Prime Rib main course) which was very reasonably priced and had plenty of left overs for the next day. They said the server was professional, nice and attentive. They smelled the wood fire upon entering but it was not overwhelming. Lovely views.

The hostess was rude. As the first and last point in the restaurant she needs to do better, regardless of how busy it is. I had a reservation and I walked up 2 minutes before the time and she let me know that I would have to wait a little so I let the rest of my party know. One of my party members wanted a time estimate because the last restaurant we had been to the same night wasn’t very upfront about times and the hostess barely looked up at her and told her an hour, not knowing she was in my party and we had a reservation. We were sat and the server asked us if we wanted the bread that is supposed to be served. Confused, one my party members asked her if it was complimentary and she said yes. So if you are supposed to serve it, why not serve it? One of my party member’s burger was missing cheese and the server insisted that it was beneath the patty and made my party member show her it was missing. Why would we be lying? I got the chicken sandwich, the chicken was tough and dry, as if it had been microwaved. After the meal, I went to the restroom and all the stalls were missing toilet paper. For my first time there this wasn’t great at all.

Great food and service, Open table had our reservation done in seconds. Smooth and easy! The steaks were delicious and cooked as requested. My martini was excellent and the wine selection was broad and well chosen. We shall return!
