    The reviews are misleading. The $39.99 3 course meal is a great deal but the food was poorly prepared. The Parmesan mash potatoes were lumpy and didn’t taste good. The rice pilaf tastes like it was old little bit of a sour tang to it, the Mexican corn was horrible and didn’t taste fresh. My daughter order sautéed spinach and the spinach came out whole and not cook with shredded white cheese on it. The butter for the steaks is just a gooey mess. The desserts are not good. The steaks were chewy. This restaurant was by far one of the worst ones I’ve been too. We should have went to Texas Roadhouse at least you know what you are getting. The manager did reduce the bill because we sent most of the food back. I took my family there and we were very disappointed. Will never be going back. The best part about the entire experience was the server Randale.

    Sweet and simple.. A birthday party of four. The two steaks were ask for "medium-rare", were tabled medium-well and well. Carrots were bricks. The salad was great along with the baked potatoes and the mashed potatoes. The other two customers ordered the salmon and shrimp. They enjoyed it although the Carrots still were bricks. Expo seemed verbally frustrated. Service was GREAT. She never mentioned anything of the sort but I could tell she was waiting on food.

    Everything was wonderful! Camile was a delight and a wonderful server. It was my Dads birthday and my parents first time coming to Firebirds. Top tier service and the food was amazing.

    The food is decent and the service was really good/ attentive. But, the food quality is most definitely NOT worth the cost; food is very overpriced.

    The food was good; the service could be better. Our drinks arrived too late; one of my friends did not get his drink until later, and the bread was served after we got our entree.
