    Atmosphere was very pretty , however , we were seated right by the grill and were distracted by employee social conversations . It was not a bad dining experience and were grateful to be able to get a table at tge last minute while traveling trough the area on our way home after a day of Christmas shopping . Food was very good and our server was very attentive .

    Food took forever and was cold. Server could of been more attentive. Didn’t see her much. And it wasn’t busy. We had reservations at 8:30.  This was our second time there. First time it was amazing. So I guess it was just a weird night.

    My girlfriend's meal of salmon was fine, my 13oz prime rib was barely warm. After it was sent back, the next piece was also barely warm. I accepted it, as I was starving at this point. We did have an amazing server, Shannon, she was fantastic! It was Veterans Day, so as a Army veteran, I was quite disappointed. I guess if I return, the lesson is don't order the $38 prime rib!

    Very friendly staff, the manager even stopped by to ask. The food was excellent and served right on time after we finished our salads. I reccomend the ribs , nice and tender with just enough sauce to add flavor. We will be back!!

    It was exellent the waitress was very helpful, the food was exellent steak was cooked just right and tender. We will eat there again and pass the world onto all our friends and when we have family come from out of town we will bring them to eat lunch.

    The seabass dish was pricey and not good. Fish had fat on it and has a fishy taste. I love seabass and have never experienced that. Also the shrimp on the fish were undercooked It was heavy on the sauce with the medley underneath Disappointed

    The food presentation and flavor was excellent. We had deviled egg appetizer, rib eye, filet mignon, grilled salmon, and a chicken pasta dish for our entrees. Everyone was happy with their meals. Service was good and a manager stopped at the table to check our satisfaction. The restaurant was fairly loud, with our table also contributing to the over all noisy atmosphere. I would recommend the restaurant.

    This is the 2nd time we’ve been to Firebirds and the food was not great. Appetizers were good but the onion rings were cold. Two of us ordered steak(last time we went the steaks were not good quality) and they both were cooked improperly. The flavor was ok so we just ate them but the quality of meat they are using lately is not as good as it used to be. Decent wine list. We set by the kitchen and left smelling of grease. Overall was an ok experience but we won’t go back.
