   This was our 6th time dining at Firebirds in Miamisburg and as on our prior visits we were NOT disappointed. We were seated immediately upon arrival, our waitress was very kind and quick, and the food was delicious! We live about 90 minutes away, but whenever we are in the area we look forward to a great meal here!

   Was a great experience overall. Walked right in and didn’t have to wait even though we had reservation, as some other places like Texas Roadhouse do. Was a quick in and out experience with awesome attentive staff.

   Our waitress was very nice and responsive. The only problem we had was with our order. I ordered a cheeseburger with bacon and tater tots with the seasoning that comes on fries. I saw the waitress write both down. My burger came out without bacon and the tots came out without the seasoning. The add on cost for the bacon was removed from the bill. The quality of the food, overall, was very good

   Salmon was super hot and awesome! However, all of the mash potatoes, au gratin potatoes were lukewarm/cold upon delivery. This is a continual issue with sides at your restaurant. We love your restaurant and would love for you to figure out a way to fix this issue with sides! The prime rib steak and filet mignon were so lukewarm that the Cajun butter would not melt. The Aji tuna appetizer was awesome! Our server was awesome as well, attentive and efficient. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

   The food was delicious and well priced. Server was friendly and helpful. However, our table was not bussed for virtually the entire meal. We had six people in a very cramped space and there was very little room on the table. I kept waiting for someone to clear plates as they brought new ones, but it did not happen. Something to work on for future, perhaps.

    I always get amazing food and service at Firebirds. Start at the bar during happy hour and then move to a table for dinner. Great place to take family or a date. I've never been disappointed and the service is too notch!!

    Thr place was very packed, and we placed a reservation 30 minutes before heading to Austin landing. As soon as we got there we had to wait for an open table. The waitress we had last night was amazing because she kept checking up on us and also gave us refills for our beverages when we were out of drinks. We didn't complain about our food either. The food was very delicious.

    I have eaten here many times. This is the first bad experience. I believe it was the Manager on duty at the time. He had a curmudgeon attitude. We had 11 am reservation for 5 for brunch. All females. It appeared as if they were overwhelmed and I’m pretty sure there were less than 10 people in the restaurant. It started with the peach Bellini and the vodka martinis being send to us with glasses that were not adequately filed glasses. Why would glasses be made that size for those specific drinks if it was going to be 3/4 full? The soup was cold and one of the salads was loaded with salad dressing. The rudeness of the manager over the drink question made us afraid to say anything. Our server was very nice though!!! I did too her well.

    We dine at Firebirds a couple of times a year. Several unique items on the menu that make it worth the 30 minute drive. Service is consistently average, nothing wrong with that, it just has never stood out as a part of the dining experience. Portions are large and flavorful. For this dining event we did order the Smoked Chicken wings and although what we ate tasted great there were about 4 wing tips in the dish and there was just nothing there to eat. Showed it to our server, she offered to replace them with wings/drums. In reality the wing tips should have never been placed on the plate by the kitchen and the runner should have not brought them to the table. Bar selections are unique and flavorful. Portion size is a bit inconsistent. We will return again, there are just other restaurants that are a bit better overall to hit first

    Food was excellent. Service was very slow, but not server’s fault. We were seated right by the kitchen, which seemed to be running behind. The restaurant was very busy with probably the loudest ambient noise I’ve ever heard. Being seated next to the kitchen means all of your clothes and hair smell like smoke (from the wood fired grill) when you leave. Not our best experience. Still, I’ve been here many times and will return again.

    Great place as always. Food is excellent overall. This visit was disappointing as we sent 3 steaks back as they were not properly prepared. Filet was raw. Ribeye was way over cooked. Second Ribeye was cooked inside but not on outside. Seemed microwaved. Pale color no seer. In the end all was corrected and meal was great. Excellent server who did all she could to fix everything.

    Ordered the New York Strip medium rare. Steak was gray with no sear. Inside was not pink more of the gray. Fat wasn't even rendered down it was chewy. Desert was beautiful and tasted exceptional , lobster queso was seasoned well but watery. Sides of parmesan mash and broccoli were okay but forgetable. I expected more from the reviews I have read. Waitress was great and attentive. Very loud

    Was my sons 23rd Birthday!! Food was great!! Service was great for the most part. I ordered water for my drink and it took me longer to get a refill versus the others with my party that was paying for alcohol drinks.

    Service was horrible! We waited 15 minutes before someone came to our table. The food was mediocre, at best, there was NO seasoning on the steak. My spouse and I ordered the same cut, both medium rare. One came out rare the other came out medium well. The sides had no flavor. Very disappointing!

    Service great! Steaks not exactly cooked as ordered, but flavor very good. Cocktails very small for price! Would we go back? Probably not as there are other steak places with similar quality and pricing but drinks are either more reasonably priced or larger.

    The server was exceptional and our meal was amazing. All around a great experience on our 35th wedding anniversary. There was a large group with several kids making some noise but putting that to the side all was great.
