    The lobster tails were overdone and extremely chewy and our steaks were not cooked to our liking. My wife asked for a medium steak and the steak was well done at one end and rare at the other end. The waitress stopped by once immediately after receiving our food and did not stop back until we were "done". When she did stop by at the end of the meal she did not inquire about the food even though half of my wife's steak was on her plate. We will not go back and spend 200 on meal that was less than appetizing.

    We took advantage of the ribs special. They were delicious! Our only complaint was that the restaurant was very dark, and we had a 5:30 reservation. Otherwise it was all very good.

    We usually have a fabulous time at Firebirds, so we made it a priority to select this place for my in laws 58th wedding anniversary meal. The server started off with a bad attitude before we even ordered our drinks. We did not get refills once the glasses were empty. The food was not as great as it usually was. Portions were small and. At one point we asked for a box for our leftover desserts and the waitress rolled her eyes at us. It was not a pleasant experience.

    Ribs were not very meaty and very tiny this time compared to last month and ours were a bit burnt.. so I was very disappointed

    Reasonable pricing for how great the food is. We dont go classy too often but have come here for several aniversaries and Will return again. It's slightly darker than I like but worth it always

    Great experience. We always enjoy Firebirds but today it was reasonably quiet, food was excellent - we had ribs - and our server Shannon was top notch.

    Food good. Few issues, one person in our party ordered Cesear salad which he never received. When he asked waiter about it (after entrees arrived) waiter said “i forgot to out the order in” no apology, we just told him to remove it from bill. We additionally never were asked or received bread, as all other tables did. Service not the sharpest.. not what we typically see from this location.

    Fantastic! Great location, nice atmosphere, good service, and absolutely fabulous food. And the fresh baked bread with whipped butter they aren’t you off with is so good. And the side of mushrooms for the steak are out of this world.

    I liked the atmosphere, great for a date. Service was very good. But I was pretty disappointed in my food. I ordered the filet mignon and chose asparagus as my side. The asparagus looked terrible. It tasted okay, but there were some very woody bits. The steak was seasoned well, but cooked somewhat unevenly and served more like medium than the medium rare I requested. Flavors were fine. My date had the Chilean sea bass, and it was not the match of what I had at Bonefish in any way. I probably would have been happier with menu items that were more pub-like.

    Five stars all around. The ambiance was lovely. The service and friendliness of the staff was impeccable. The steak was perfectly cooked and the rest of my meal was delicious. Even the wine was top notch. Most fun and entertaining was watching the grill master at work. Quite a show! Well done!!

    This was our first visit to Firebirds for a wedding anniversary celebration. The place was very noisy, and there was loud music playing. We were disappointed in the dress code, people, wore ripped up shorts, tank tops and tennis shoes. We wanted it to be a more formal attire and dressed up for the occasion. We also thought for special anniversaries. We would get a signature small dessert. Nothing more was said other than happy anniversary. That was a disappointment.

    Causal Mother /Daughter lunch on a Saturday afternoon. We both had the cheese burger and tots that were yummy delicious. This is one of my favorite restaurants; i travel roughly 40-50 miles …and it’s worth every single mile! Service is always great. I love, love, love the lemon cake and key lime pie…chef’s kiss! I look forward to my next visit!
