Tortilla slaw, mango habanero chutney.
We made reservations, when we got there and had to get my wheelchair out and get all the way to the front door there was a notice stating they were closed. Just disappointed they were taking reservations and gave no notice.
Usually everything is great at this location.
Don’t know how anything was. Made a reservation and it was closed. I get unannounced closures right now, but a call or text would have been nice.
Fantastic food, fantastic service. Will definitely be back again!
I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice date night!
Great place! One of our local favorites! A little weird getting into parking lot but otherwise a+
We were less than impressed with the quality of the steaks and sides. The filet was over salted to the point that it became dried out, the ribeye had an extremely sour/rancid after taste. The parmesan mashed potatoes also had a sour taste. Our waiter was great, very attentive and personable. He apologized and comp'd the steak but, we never saw a manager.....
New waiter was very considerate and good service. Food was excellent and of course desserts were amazing.
Loved the onion rings and fresh bread too. Has to take a “to go “ box - couldn’t eat all the food!!
Food was good but not hot. Service was ok not great. A little disappointed because it had been highly recommended to us.
Sirloin steak bad not up to par. Bad piece of meat.
Absolutely amazing! This has become one of our new favorites!
The food was excellent, as was the service. Patrons at a neighboring table were loud and spoiled the ambiance.
Food excellent taste and quality. Take separation not as good as many other restaurants
Like for special occasions. Meal was great - ribeye - done to perfection. Safe and Clean. PS - Thanks for recognizing Vets on Veterans Day. Menu is well done - ribs are also a treat.
We dine at Firebirds a couple of times a year, and get takeaway meals about once monthly. The food is always good, and a good value. There is a manager though that could stand to have an attitude adjustment. If you have any issues or concerns and “Robbie” is on duty, good luck to you. He’s a total smart aleck.
We want to thank Firebirds' ownership for acknowledging veterans. We have dinner every Veterans Day at Firebirds although it's a go-to place for us all year. Our service this night wasn't stellar but the food was delicious, as always.
Service is always great here. The menu choices cover a broad range of freshly prepared items. Great wine list as well as craft beer choices and specialty cocktails.
We always enjoy our visits, but this time our server made it extra fantastic!
Excellent food, awesome customer service, great atmosphere.
My wife and I had the salmon with mixed vegetables and a mixed salad and everything was excellent. Our server,Lauren, did a wonderful job. Go if you want a great meal.
Always have a great experience at Firebirds!
Food and service was excellent. Had to wait for the table to be rearranged as we did not like the table we was to sit at.
I go for the prime rib. I have never been disappointed until now. Hoping it was just an off night. I asked for it medium, as I always do, because I just can't eat it rare or medium rare, and it arrived looking perfect. I took my first bite and I mentally went hmmm, that's weird. I knew I was eating prime rib because I was looking at it but it had zero beef flavor. Really, no flavor at all. I have no idea how it could taste so neutral, not even the spices on top of the meat were coming through all that strong, a barely there flavor for the spices. Honestly, I was concerned for myself due to Covid and people losing their sense of taste being an early sign. But then I took a bite of the Port Mushrooms. Bam! Delicious! Deep meaty, mushroomy flavor. These were very well done. Bravo.
So I will be back and I will get the Prime Rib again and hope it was just an off night. And I will definitely be getting the Port Mushrooms.
My waitress, Summer I believe, was very good. Attentive and knowledgeable. But if she wasn't 100% sure, she checked with the chef which I was very grateful for since I have allergies.
What can I say about this less than stellar experience. For starters, our server was either very clearly new or painfully bad at her job. She was unnecessarily overzealous early (even coming over to ask if we were ready for a third time moments after the final member of our party arrived) but then was nowhere to be seen when our food took noticeably longer than was reasonable, especially for a place operating below capacity for obvious reasons.
When 2/3 of our food was cold, we notified the server who said she would “go heat it up” and while we waited, the manager came over to let us know that they would be heating it up, as though doing the bare minimum is worthy of a visit. He made no effort to confirm that was sufficient and offered no recompense. While my wife and I finished our meals, my FiL did not, nibbling around his bowl of pasta. When asked if he wanted (what amounted to a large full bowl of pasta) to go, he declined and the waitress absentmindedly took it away without even a second thought as to why someone would leave nearly the entire meal uneaten. Additionally, it was only after several requests that we got water refills and even then, it seemed like the request was an inconvenience.
The entire restaurant did not seem to be doing a great job distancing tables at all, having all booths occupied and only some tables around the middle left empty. Little, if any, enforcement of mandatory mask policy was observed so if you’re “Covid-cautious” I would say that is yet another reason to hold off on going here.
Overall the experience was such that, if the value proposition was better or they seemed to care more about their customers, I would say it must be an aberration, but everything in combination would likely push me to not eat here again.
I'll say this one was more elegant and quiet then the one in columbus but the service was still not good. I cant say I'll be back!
We arrived a little earlier than our reservation, and were seated immediately. Service was outstanding, as usual, and we were able to have conversation at a normal level; however, my Durrango Burger wasn't as good as I remembered. Since first time I had it, I've touted it the best burger ever, but it was disappointing this time, which is my reason for rating the food at 4 star.
Great service and food.
First, im not one to ever send food back at a restaurant. It may not be true, but I don't know kw what happens to it when it goes back. How you serve it is how I review it. We did report the poor quality and the server asked if she could take it back. Chicken was rubbery in her dish. My ribeye was ordered medium came out well done. Tasted like a sirloin. It won't be a first choice on my list of places to go out again. Outback has been consistently better.
Kobe meatloaf is really good. Healthy enough portion that my wife and I split. Only complaint is my potatoes were barely warm. Our server, Devin, was friendly and attentive.
We love Firebirds! This is our restaurant of choice when we’re celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, or just spending time with family and friends. The food is delicious and the atmosphere warm and welcoming.
Great special. We will be back. Looking forward to going next time. Fabulous service.
my wife and I eat here at least twice per week. seemed the logical place for a business lunch with valued customers.
Martini's and food were great! Our waitress was even better! Would recommend!
Firebirds never disappoints. From the minute you walk in the door, always a great experience. Great food, great service. Isn't that why we done out?
Met up with some family on short notice. Food was great and everything was a good value.
The waitress was great, she was on the ball
We all enjoyed our food
The caesar salad was amazing! Food was delicious, beer was great, wife loved the Moscoto. Will be returning!
The 19.99 filet dinner was an excellent value and was delicious. The service was also great and the social distancing worked well. We will continue to dine with you.
