    Abby was a rockstar! She was engaging but didn't hover. She smiled during every visit to our table. She was prompt and friendly. I hope to have her again. The food was outstanding from the perfectly prepared steak to the tender and flaky salmon. Great night!

    Our waiter was very slow. I know they were busy, but other tables where serviced much quicker. Took 20 minutes for drinks. Appetizer was great and came out timely. My tortilla soup was luke warm to cold with no chicken in it. On main meal I asked for the Colorado Chicken Salad and asked the chicken be heated up. It came out cold but he never came back for 15 minutes, then it took another 15 to get the chicken back. We were there for almost 2 hours. My wife had a burger and it was cold when it came out and well done not medium as ordered. The fries she got were great and hot. I would have sent back but it was taking way too long and we just wanted to leave after and just ate what we had. When I got my chicken back wamred up, the salad was great! So I just think it comes down to most likely a new waiter or a waiter that was not very good. I have been to Firebirds on business earlier this week and had amazing food in service. This was in TN though not this location in Ohio. We will be back but it was my first time taking my wife and her first experience.

    Great time to ask how I liked a place. Just off of a multi-state vacation where I spent a lot of money for lackluster meals in really nice restaurants. I come back home and we’re out for a Fathers Day weekend. What great food, staff, ambience, and service. Collectively we had a filet mignon, salmon, and a burger. All were amazing making for a great evening. Thanks!

    Grad dinner and it was awesome! Steaks were outstanding. Prime Rib just a little tough. Waitress was good and drinks were fabulous.

    Seated promptly upon entering; staff very upbeat and professional; accommodating regarding the rest of our party arriving a bit after us...still seated and service was as if we were the only ones eating that night. Food...exceptional. Great experience.
