    It was my birthday so I decided to have a last-minute dinner with some family. Our waiter Laneshia was awesome! She was very helpful and professional! She went over and beyond to ensure we had what we needed and she was friendly.

    Overall it was good we didn’t get a desert for our anniversary food was good by the time we got it it was warm not really hot food wasn’t prepared like we wanted got some of the food medium rare but ended up with rare meat but they fixed the mistakes and it turned out pretty good nice place but need to update menu prices was not the same and menu was shorter than online

    I booked for a party of 14, upon arriving which was early. My dinner reservation was for 7:15, and I arrived at 6:50 to get there before my guests did. The waiter told me they couldn't sit with us until half the party arrived. Half of my party arrived, and we were left standing until 7:45. By this time, my whole party had arrived, and everyone who came on time was ready to be seated. After we were seated, the waiters came and took our drink order, and it was another 30 minutes before the waiters came to our table again. This happened several times with no waiters even attempting to clear the plates off the table. The service was horrible from the beginning to the end. I wouldn't recommend or set foot in this location again, especially with a guaranteed $40.00 gratuity from 14 people.

    Overall disappointed. Killed two ants crawling on our table and had to swat several gnats. Food was decent.

    Firebirds is usually a go to for us. We were the first ones in the door this day and it was a little slow. The food was good. Didn't get to partake of the Double Diamond Martinis which are our favorites. Service was a little slow, but all in all a good experience.

    Took 20 mins to get seated, with a reservation. Took another 20 mins to get a drink. Appetizer (deviled eggs) was horrible. Asparagus was spaghetti thin, brown, and mushy! I will never go back.

    We’ve been to this location twice within one week and both times we were truly impressed. The waiting staff were very patient and answered any questions we had. They accommodated our family of four (including two toddlers) with ease and we were able to sit comfortably and enjoy our meals. The food was cooked to perfection and the drinks were so tasty. I can’t wait until our family and friends come in town so we can bring them on our next visit!

    Went for our anniversary. First-time for both of us. We weren't impressed. For the price and quality of food, we'll just go to Outback. I can add a lobster tail and shrimp to my steak for almost the same price as the steak and side at Firebirds. The garlic steak had too much Tyme, no real garlicness to it. One thing we did enjoy was the ability to make reservations. That was very nice.

    We had Prime Rib 14 oz !! Very nice and soooo tender and delicious!! Huge baked potato!! My wife and I split it and I had corn chowder and Small BLT salad!! Was a fabulous meal!! Service was great!!!

    This was my first visit. It seemed like there were more patrons than there were staff to take care of them. The bar especially was slammed. We saw it when we came in. There was wall to wall people in the bar area. We couldn't even walk over there. But then when we sat down, our drinks just wouldn't come. We got our cocktails after we finished our appetizer, and we got our wine after we finished our entree. But the food was very very good. I just wish the bar and the kitchen could have been on the same page.

    Despite reservations, we were seated late due to other patrons lingering. While our waitress was wonderful, it took over an hour to receive our food (which by that point no one in our party cared to eat).

    Reservation was on time. Food was very good. Service was lacking. Waitress never refilled my empty water glass. Got my own Togo box. Firebirds is over priced on many items. Food is good and tasty on most items. The baked potatoes are always large and filling . Filets are premium cuts of meat.

    I normally give firebirds a 5 across the board but this time it was a little off. To start my wife's salad only had lettuce and tuna with no corn and other things they put in. The lobster queso did not have but a few pieces of lobster and was not seasoned. My steak was great but I asked for bluechees port sauce and only got bluechees crumbles, and my lobster was not seasoned.

    Went to Firebirds a couple times recently. In my opinion the food is ok, nothing great as one might expect. The pasta/shrimp dish lacked flavor. The leftovers were better after adding some spices at home. The second time both my wife and I ordered salads, salmon and chicken. Both were served with cold (refrigerated) meats, which “could” have been fine. The chicken, which might have been boiled, was bland and on the chewy side. The salmon was grilled and had flavor but was over cooked, then refrigerated. In both cases the lettuce was not as crisp (maybe fresh is a better word) as you might hope it would be. Service was good on both visits. Staff is friendly and attentive. However, probably won’t go back anytime soon.

    We were sat at one of the round tables by the kitchen. A server placed an empty drink tray on the ledge and it fell over next to one of my guests. Service was on the poor side. Our server did not check on us as frequently as she should have. Drinks were empty a few times and it took a while for refills. It took a while to receive bread after we asked for it. It took ages to receive food. The food, however, was fantastic and grilled perfectly, as usual. I won’t speak negatively about Firebirds to others in hopes that this poor experience was a one-off thing.

    I ordered a drink that was a bit strong so they brought something over to help dilute it a bit. No extra charge and really nice about it. I was so embarrassed for the real reason I got the drink! A surprise birthday dessert came out too which was Devine!!

    Ordered the salmon, asked for it "well cooked" and it came burned...I have to say though that the restaurant's manager came to the table apologized and sent another one cooked right.

    We ordered the garlic sirloin and bacon wrapped filet. Both were very tough. The sirloin was very fatty. This is not our typical experience with either cut of meat at Firebirds.
