Firebirds was awful! The A/C was out. Very hot! 😰 The filets were tasteless, low quality and overdone. The only thing that was good was the lobster spinach queso dip. Won’t he returning.

They were not prepared for Father’s Day traffic. It was very hot in the restaurant, floors were dirty, service was slow. Multiple tables were left dirty for long periods of time. Food was good, I guess.

Overpriced mediocre food. Ask for medium cooked steak, got burnt on outside and medium rare on inside. Chewy, tough. First and last time that I’ll enter the doors.

We went Memorial Day around 6. The advertised ribs weren't available. Our waiter did not explain well. The manager came and explained that they sold out and more not ready yet. I can understand that, so we asked for a menu to order something else. Ordered garlic butter chicken. Very slow service even though not that busy. Dinner came, not very hot but looked good. Was good but nothing garlic butter about it. All we tasted was balsamic vinegar. I liked it but dinner campion did not .$$$ prices will limit our future visits

One of the main reasons we go is my wife loves prime rib. My wife ordered her prime rib cooked medium. When it arrived it was practically well done. My steak arrived cooked medium as requested. The waitress took the prime rib and returned saying that was the last one. My wife was very disappointed. She ordered the sirloin cooked medium instead. When it arrived it was medium rare to rare. Waitress took sirloin and returned with a new sirloin cooked correctly. The service by our waitress was great.
