   It was by far the best experience we have had in a very long time and Im comparing this to past experiences. We absolutely loved our Server Tanisha and we want her every time we come back which we will. The price, quantity, quality everything was just absolutely amazing.

   We love Firebirds, but this visit wasn’t the best. I’m not sure if our server was swamped with too many tables or what, but we never received any drink refills nor was checked on after we received our food. I noticed the same thing with 2 other tables near us with same server.

    That will be our last time to visit the restaurant. The waiter we had was new. The kitchen staff told him at one point that are food would be at the table in 2 to 3 minutes. It was 15 minutes later plus we had been waiting prior to that 30 minutes or more before been told 2 to 3 minutes.
