   This restaurant should have closed already but sadly it’s still struggling to be viable. The servers try to make the experience better, but clearly poor management is evident in the front and back of the house. Room temperature baked potato and cold tomatoes on the honey garlic chicken. The tables around us confirmed the same poor quality, sending two of their four sides back for reworking. Collierville location is not any better. Perhaps they should rethink their approach to dining out. We won’t be back- it’s over.

   This is a great place for a celebration! Our waitress was attentive but gave us family time to visit!

   Firebirds continues to disappoint on service and speed. The waiter/waitress were wonderful, but a simply dinner on a Monday night for 4 people took over 2 hours with us ordering as soon as drinks were delivered. They are slow and continue to get slower. The facilities could also use some improvements with the restaurant having an order and constant gnats present.

   My hubby and I were in Memphis on a business trip and this was our first time visiting this place. Great service, delicious food, and great atmosphere! We will definitely return when we come back! One of my favorite restaurants for sure!

   The food was hot and tasted AMAZING! Our waitress was patient and helpful. I asked the staff to do something nice for celebrate my husband's birthday, and they left him a signed card. They have a birthday dessert, but he was way too full to even get it. We loved the Philly Cheese Eggrolls, Fondue Salmon, and Steak! It was filling and delicious. They're drinks are good too! Overall, the price was affordable for the experience and all we got. We will definitely be returning!

   We had an amazing time and experience! The service was top tier, the food was amazing and the environment was very welcoming. We will dine again 10/10 I do recommend 😊
