Honestly, I expected better service. Our server was having to go between the patio and inside the restaurant, so I don’t feel like she was as attentive as she should be with drinks and refills. I don’t blame her, I blame the manager that had her splitting her time and running all over the place. Food was excellent, as always.

Our server, Emily, was fantastic. It was my birthday, and she made me feel really special. Very attentive, but not intrusive for a date night, and she brought me a happy birthday dessert. Several managers stopped by the table to check on us as well. Thanks for a great evening!

Been to another Firebirds before, but first time at Liberty Center. Excellent service, by hostess and server. Our food was great. We shared the deviled eggs, which were amazing. Steaks were very flavorful, tender, and slightly overcooked. I'm not that particular about steak doneness, but if you are, start lower than you want. They have a great menu, with a wide variety of steaks, and also some seafood and chicken dishes, lots of apps and sides. I'll be back.

I ordered the grill chicken breast served with a sauce over mashed potatoes along with a serving of broccoli. The entire meal was nearly ruined due to an over salting. Also, the broccoli was too al denti. It was really tough to chew. The lemon drop drink could have used more vodka. The were kind enough to re-make the drink for me. Still weak. First experience was not great.

Our server was just average in my opinion. He had to go get the manager to explain a sauce that came with my wife’s entree. The manager was more attentive than our server. The food was very good , the server was a nice guy just not as attentive as I come to expect at a Firebird Grill.

Noise Level was incredibly loud where we sat. It wasn’t quite so bad in other locations. Food was not great. My wife’s steak was not done enough, my steak was over cooked, and my wife’s side of mashed potatoes were enough for 2 or more people. Our server, waitress left a lot to be desired !! She tossed down the house specials-beer menu and asked immediately if we knew what we wanted. She told us if steaks were not right to let her know; but when you cannot be found you cannot hear if anything is wrong. She NEVER asked how our food was !!!! I could go on, but what is the use. Our anniversary dinner was a bust !!! I doubt we will ever go there again. It was nothing like the Mason location.

We've been to Firebird's 4 times since they opened just a couple of months ago. Every time has been great. I had the salmon/shrimp complete meal and my husband had the sea bass. All was excellent. Shannon, our server, was very attentive and friendly.

We had excellent service and the food was overall good. I had a Brocolli side that was under cooked. But, my steak was excellent! We will be back
