   Great service and food was very good. Lots of menu options and great cocktails to choose from. Nice dining area and bar area.

   Hair in salad, burgers too salty, slow service. Ignore this new one and go to Mason.

   It was so loud we couldn’t have a conversation at Cross the table and our waiter couldn’t hear us. Not just the music. Everything echos and it feels like a cafeteria. No atmosphere. Service was great. Priced way too high.

   We went to celebrate my birthday. I had also received a $10 off coupon so it was more affordable than the posted prices. We don't usually go to more expensive places as we are retired and trying to watch our funds. The serving sizes were very large. We both ordered salads and I brought half of mine home. The service and all of the staff were awesome. I was truly surprised by a hand written birthday card signed by the staff and two mini cheesecakes. The food was great and the cheesecakes were amazing. All in all I would absolutely return for a special occasion.

   The location is new and I’ve been at the Mason location numerous times with some good and some bad experiences. At this new location, the server didn’t know the menu and service was overall pretty slow. GRANTED it’s probably a lot of new employees so I didn’t really care. The most…weird thing was the server handed me the bill and my card back and proceeded to just…stand at the end of the table while I filled out the tip portion. I eventually had to kinda get her to walk away. Food was okay. Expensive. Salty steak. Mashed potatoes tasted old. Broccoli was raw. The Philly cheesesteak eggrolls are probably the only thing that’s worth going for. 👍

   The wood fired preparation adds a significant flavor value to the food. The staff was prepared and ready to serve us.

   As always Firebirds was a great experience. Food was top notch as always. Service was great as always. I highly suggest Firebirds for a great meal and atmosphere.

   My wife and I attended the soft opening on Saturday evening and everything was very well executed. Our server, Nancy, was friendly and very attentive. She made our evening very enjoyable. The food was also top notch. Firebird’s will do very well in the Liberty and we are glad to have them in our community. Well done!

   We were invited to Firebirds for their pre grand opening "employee practice" Service was very friendly and attentive. Managers stopped by to see how things were. Had the lobster dip appetizer and my husband and I each had the sea bass (which is not found on many restaurant menus). All food was very delicious. Being retired, we do not often even eat at similarly priced restaurants (although we eat out often). For us, it will probably be more of a "special occasion" place to eat rather than a regular dining venue. I definitely recommend.

    The server wasn't very attentive. Didn't seem to know where to place things on the table. We had to ask for lemons and bread several times. Our entrees took a long time to get out because apparently they forgot to put our order in the system. However, the food was good, but the drinks could use more work.
