We went for valentine’s Day, Our waiter was great, and the service was prompt. Unfortunately my boyfriend became quite sick after eating the smokehouse burger, so I don’t think we’ll be going back anytime soon.

We had a lovely Valentine's dinner here. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable. The wood fired steaks were delicious and the tater tots were just what I needed.

The service was very good and the food was excellent. There are alot of choices on the menu and they do a specialty menus for each month so it would be interesting to go back to try other things. My girlfriend and I both got something off the February specialty menu.

Food and service were well above average. Steaks and burgers were prepared to our specifications and portions were right on spot. The only recommendation I have would be for more local craft brew beers on the menu. The selection, at present, was very limited and a more varied selection would be very beneficial to the many beer drinkers in the area.

Firebirds never disappoints. The steak was great, as was the service. We always enjoy a nice evening at Firebirds.

Nice neighborhood restaurant. Good food, cheerful service. A little louder than I expected, but a pretty place and would absolutely go again!

The General Manager was GREAT! Came to our table to check on us. He heard it was our daughters birthday and gave her a free desert. He was very nice. He went way over and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our server was amazing as well. The staff signed a birthday card and gave it to our daughter. I love this place!

The food here is outstanding. My friends prime rib and my filet were both cooked to perfection. Kudos to the chef! Service was phenomenal too! As an added bonus, Chef John stopped by our table to check on us and say hello. Very nice touch!

Great girl’s night out dinner location! Staff was awesome and very accommodating as we were the absolute last patrons to leave. Our drinks were great and priced right. The food came hot and presented well. Definitely going back.

Customer service is great and very friendly. The portions are very small and our table of 5 which all ordered the salmon came out burnt. Not just a little burnt but black burnt. I will only go back for Happy Hour for cocktails and appetizers.

Fabulous meal! We started with the lobster dip appetizer that was ooey-gooey hot and delicious!
Black diamond martini —-cold and flavorful. I had ribs that were cooked perfectly and fell off the bone.
My hubby had prime rib and it was melt in your mouth good.
My son had pineapple chicken as he cleaned his full plate enjoying the flavors. Service was on point, food was great and all was enjoyed. That’s why Firebird’s is a regular stop for us!

Everything was amazing except for our waitress! She was very rude when asking for separate checks, ignored our table, no refills on water for a long time and no bread to start with like the other tables. Everyone else seemed to be friendly except for her. Our experience would have been much better if it wasn’t for that!

Went for New Year's Eve dinner as a last minute option. Cannot complain that they were able to take a table of 7. Service was a little slow, but I suspect it was due to NYE and several tables had bigger parties. I ate the NY Strip w/ Peppercorn (seasonal). Pretty good overall. It's not Morton's or Flemming's, but it's a good place and food.

Love the setting and service. On top of that, the food is fantastic. Wait staff very attentive and knowledgeable. Prime rib is cooked the way "you" like it and is very tasty. Pineapple martini is simply wonderful.

The prime rib (cooked “medium”) was very tough. I’ve never had such a tough cut of prime rib.

We had gone for dinner a year ago for New Year's eve for an early reservation so we decided to make reservations again for this year. The food was exceptional and we even spoke to the chef.

It was very good and I would return for dinner again.

This was a return visit. Sadly, our food arrived cold after along wait and one of us ordered the sauce on the side which was ignored.

Everything was great except the grilled salmon. It was smothered in salt. Some of us are trying to cut down on salt in our diets. I usually ask for no seasoning (or just light seasoning) on the fish but this time I forgot and it spoiled a nice piece of salmon.

Visited restaurant for dinner during Christmas' Eve. First, the waitress forgot to bring the kids menu we asked for and we had to call the attention of somebody else to bring it to us. Later, she forgot to order the appetizer and then to boot, she brought us the wrong one. Nonetheless, the steak I ordered was good and at a perfect medium doneness. Also, the wine list was notable. The Créme Brulee cheesecake was outstanding and it almost made up for the sub-par service. However, for the prices they charge, service has to step it up a few notches.

Firebirds is an outstanding restaurant. The service is great and the food is amazing. The cost is a little higher than similar places, but the quality of the food more than makes up for the difference in price.

Their house wine is smooth and tastes great. If you enjoy wine, give it a try.
