Front desk needs a major fix. Service was ok-ish. Rule of thumb - when people are talking and eating don't interrupt to ask for an empty plate on the far side of the table. Leave customers alone and learn basic manners.

With my reservation, we were able to be seated within an acceptable timeframe. Our waiter was very attentive, and the food was delicious. On top of that, since I put it was my husband’s birthday on the reservation, they brought out a lovely cheesecake with happy birthday on it.

Everything was wonderful!!! The only issue was the temperature. It was very warm, but given the outside temperature, it was understandable. Our server was the best! Many of us had the filet, which was superb. A great bottle of Pinot Noir from Oregon.

The flavor of the food is great, however every time I order the fabulous tenderloin stake salad, even when I ask them for the stake to be medium well, it always comes out mid-rare, and I have to send it back. The garlic ranch dressing is fabulous.

I got the dry aged Ribeye medium rare and it was absolutely wonderful. I recommend Firebirds for a nice meal with your best partner.

Food was great. Our server was not great. We didn’t have a drink or appetizer so I guess he assumed we weren’t interested in coffee and/or dessert and just brought the check. Since he didn’t ask if we wanted anything else, we didn’t bother with dessert.

This was our first time at this restaurant and we were not disappointed. Food was hearty & delicious (great portion sizes) and we were especially pleased with our server Enrique who was warm and attentive. We will return!

Food is good and value. Go there often. Wait staff service was good but issues with setting drink service was poor. Bar was backed up so drinks came out slowly and meal showed up right after. Drink I had, the house dirty martini was horrible. Too salty and clearly the brine had salt added. Thought was given to me to gargle with. Had it tasted by other at table and clearly it was undrinkable.. sent it back to get something else and that took forever. Oh yes first one I ordered fell on the floor and the replacement was full of salt. Terrible. And a person in our party asked for a bud light. Came back later after ten minutes and said the keg had to be changed and would be 10 more minute. So bar was the issue for a disappointing experience.

I loved how friendly this restaurant always was when Byron was the GM, the new GM walked past our table no less than 18 times (started counting) and never once acknowledged anyone sitting at the tables. Byron and Kevin always made you feel welcome, sorry that this isn’t what the new GM finds necessary.

Great experience. Strong service and tasty food even if all prices feel like they just keep rising. Disappointed to see the fantastic spinach SIDE salad was removed from the menu (please bring back), but happy to be accommodated with it anyway upon request.

AC was broken. Uncomfortably warm. Ordered an espresso martini, came put looking like a milkshake. I said it didn’t look like a proper espresso martini and the server told me that the restaurant doesn’t have an espresso machine. WHAT? Not sure what they served me but it wasn’t what I ordered.

The AC wasn’t working and it was so HOT inside that we were in such a hurry to get out of there. Our server was excellent and the double black diamond martinis were the bomb.

The food is ... OK. Not great, not bad, but for the prices really not what you would expect, but it's the Villages and that comes with a premium. Comparatively the options in the Villages are limited and it's adequate but not much more. They're still here post-pandemic, so that's a good thing. The chicken I had was overdone and dry.

Went to Firebirds for our anniversary dinner last night. Had a reservation but likely could have walked in and been sat just as quickly. Server greeted us very shortly after being sat, and continued good service throughout the visit. Food was cooked as desired, brought out in a timely manner, and was delicious.
