    Tried the Prime Rib! Perfect! Loved the Au jus and the horsie sauce!!! So well executed! We received excellent service from Harland this evening. He was kind, attentive and responsive! Met the manager Mark tonight. Thank you for checking on us! We are your locals and we will be back! Great job!

    At first we were not ok with the timing of the meal. We love taking our time, enjoying each course, our beverages and conversation at a leisurely pace. We were served salad and entree within minutes of one another. We refused the entree and in minutes Mark the manager came to listen to our concern and more than made it right. The entrees were delivered at the perfect time, the food was prepared perfectly and our 2 hour experience was heightened to a 10! Thank you Firebirds and Mark for holding the dining banner high!!
