   Chicken was rubbery. Loaded baked potato was cold. Cheese and sour cream were not melted. Bacon in loaded corn was undercooked. Waitress Gracie was outstanding. Lemon cake dessert was good. Drinks over priced.

   The wood grilled salmon was cooked perfectly and was delicious, as was the red snapper. Our server was attentive, checking back often to see if we needed anything. Excellent dining experience!

   I feel bad to leave a poor rating, but I must be honest. When we arrived for our reservation, (Birthday dinner) we were immediately taken to our table. Once there, the table was still dirty, so while waiting for the cleaning to be complete, I decided to get a drink at the not full bar. I waited more than 5 minutes while multiple bartenders passed, never making eye contact and not taking an order. I finally gave up and went to our now clean table. We had 2 menus for 7 people so my husband had to go fetch 5 more. Waitress was friendly but drinks and food took a while. Apps were good. I ordered the Red snapper and wouldn’t recommend. It was tough and came out tepid. Complete disappointment. I felt bad for our Birthday boy. I know he was disappointed by the overall experience as well.

    Firebirds was average and nothing was memorable. We ordered the ribs, hamburger and grilled chicken. All the meals were cooked fine but the seasoning was average. The steamed vegetables had too much oils and butter.

    Ordered wood grilled salmon with broccoli and rice. Got pan fried salmon with broccoli and French fries. Asked to give me rice that I wanted instead of fries, waitress brought out pilaf instead. It’s like wait he waitress couldn’t understand what freaking rice is. She also kept coming up way too often which became quite annoying at some point. My food was meh as well. Honestly very disappointed as other locations were much MUCH better than this one

    My wife's meal was not what she ordered. She wanted the filet mignon with a "side" of the mushrooms and sauce. She received the bacon wrapped filet mignon with the mushrooms and sauce on top, which is not what she ordered. Everything else was very nice.

    We went there to celebrate Mother's Day and we are certainly not coming back. The service is awful and unprofessional. The food (steaks) came cold and tasteless. We sat at the empty table with no plates and no utensils. We had to remind our waiter to bring them to us. We ordered drinks and appetizers. We were waiting for about 25 minutes to get our drinks. After waiting for more than 30 minutes, with no appetizers in sight, a different waiter came and brought one of main entries we ordered. We reminded her that we were expecting appetizers first and that we are not ready for our main entries, she took away the dish. After waiting for another 10-15 minutes, we finally got the appetizers (lobster queso and ahi tuna), followed immediately by our main entrees selections (Ribeye steak, 2 Prime Rib steaks and some chicken pasta). There was no pause between appetizers and main dishes. Now on the food, appetizers: while lobster queso with tortilla chips was good, the ahi tuna was tasteless. Main dishes: Ribeye and 2 Prime Rib steaks came cold and as a result, tasteless. The chicken pasta was not the best either. Bottom line, the restaurant has a pricey menu and one would expect a professional waiting service and good food from such establishment. However, neither food nor service was up to par.

    It was Mother's Day so we had made a reservation a week ahead of time. We were seated promptly and the hostess was lovely. However, our server took more than 10 minutes to even greet us when all of the other servers around us, who were just as busy as ours, took the time to at least acknowledge their guests shortly after being seated. There was no ice in our water, iced tea or coke. My Mom asked kindly for a lemon for her iced tea twice and never received it. The food as always was excellent so no issues there (we had been to Firebirds many times before). But we were never checked on after our food was delivered, so thankfully we didn't need anything as we never saw our server again until we were long finished with our meals. We understand it was a holiday, however it seemed like they were properly staffed so the poor service was not due to poor planning by management. I guess we just had the unfortunate luck to get the one server in the place who was not handling her tables in a timely manner. For $112 for 3 meals and no alcohol, the service should be better. We still tipped her 20% but only because I was a bartender/server for years in college so I know how hard it is on folks working for tips. But, in all honesty our service did not warrant a 20% tip. We were a bit disappointed as we go to this restaurant often and the food and service have always been great. We will be back as we hope this one a one time occurrence.

    It was good generally but even with reservation we waited around 35 minutes to be seated. And like 30 minutes more after that to receive our wine anfd bread. We know it was special day (Mother's Day) but for a day like that they need to have all the workres working.

    Mother's Day Sunday, place was packed @ 3:30p. Sat at the bar for delicious drinks while waiting for table. Wasn't Sat until 40 mins past reservation time. Server was strung thin & unable to be attentive. Babyback ribs were hot, cooked perfect but greatly undersized. Not worth $31. My snapper was chewy & tough, sent back, declined food. Wood return but not on a holiday & probably earlier than 3:30. Candied bacon deviled eggs & wings appetizers saved the day.

    I made a reservation through openTable, and when I got there, it seemed as though there was a lot of confusion, as far as where my reservation was, and where to seat us. I asked them to search my name in the the system and thank goodness my name appeared. There was still confusion as far as where to seat us, but they managed to find us a nice table for 4. We got a server who overall seemed to try his best considering he said he just started 3 weeks ago and was working on one of the busiest days and shifts of the year. However, he did bring us our drinks in dirty glasses that were confirmed dirty. Once we for our food he was a bit MIA. The kitchen got a few things in our order wrong as well. Overall for the price point, I would not say it’s worth the money. For a benchmark - our bill was 207$ (including tip) for 4.

    Fantastic food and service. From entering to leaving, everyone was kind and did an excellent job. Our waiter was the kindest waiter we have ever had anywhere. He treated us like we were the only table he had. The food was excellent. For a holiday dinner, everything was calm and quiet. Loved everything.

    Food was great waitress was nice even though he couldn’t keep up with who ordered what he did his best to fix it asap. Manager Sean was very accommodating we expected a party of 17 and he provided two extra tables in close proximity of the party however we was able to fit everybody at the same table.

    This was the first time my family and I had been to Firebirds. We were looking for something special for mother's day for my wife. The service from Christopher was great and the food well prepared but the price was inappropriate. It was a good meal but I don't think we will be going back any time soon.

    Requested best seat in town ( or next best seat) for a birthday celebration. I guess the best seat is a window seat closest to the kitchen with the view of handicap parking ☹️ This was early dinner at 6pm, not so many customers yet … and lots of vacant table that we could see.     Food and drinks took awhile. And it took us a bit to be greeted. Our server was wonderful but busy. The food was tasty but prices were a bit expensive. Example was the egg roll appetizer. $17.95 for 2 egg rolls cut in half is a bit steep. Overall good and would probably be back.

    I opt in for the Devil Eggs appetizer and for the meal, I decided on the French Toast with a side of scrambled eggs. It was delicious and definitely worth it for me and my wife.
