   Honestly overall the place was pretty decent nothing too much to complain about but neither is there anything to brag about in my opinion. Servers were really nice but the overall service was pretty slow and I’m not sure if it’s because it was a Friday night, short staffed, busy or what. To me it wasn’t that busy for it to take so long to receive drinks and to get our card back when we paid at the end. The ranch rings were pretty good and the Ranch was definitely delicious. Our entrees were Cajun chicken pasta and hot honey chicken sandwich. Everything tasted fresh and good but it didn’t really stand out to me taste wise. The complimentary bread I did not like at all. Pretty good portion sizes though so it makes up for the overcharge on price (I guess) . Not too bad but I wasn’t impressed enough to desire to come back really.

   The food was great, I recommended the Chilean Sea Bass and Shrimp, it was vey good!

   Our waitress -Kenzie- was amazing, she took great care of us! The atmosphere was great, it was quiet and absolutely wonderful!

   Love the vibes, over all the food and drinks were a little over priced but it was okay I will recommend

   First timers and absolutely loved the food! Our waitress, Mariah was amazing—great customer service, attentive and prompt. Great personality and attitude. She was always checking to make sure we had what we needed. If you ever visit, make sure to get the three course, price was reasonable and the options were good. The creme brûlée cheesecake is so good! We were in town for our anniversary and we enjoyed dining here! 10/10, will definitely recommend.

   We’re always happy with the taste and quality of the food and the servers at Firebirds. Today the manager helped us out and was so kind and patient.

   The service was great, lobster queso was delicious. Salmon and shrimp seasoned and prepared well. Mashed potatoes tasted homemade.

   The food was amazing and our server Melissa was excellent! Our daughter has severe food allergies and she was able to coordinate between the chef, manager, and my daughter to get her a delicious dish!

    We have been to Firebirds several times and always enjoyed it. I realize today was Easter but our service was very slow. We were there for over an hour and didn’t even get our bread for an hour after seating. When we received our food it was all at room temperature , not even hot. I’m sure this was just an off day. We were there for over 2 1/2 hours and when they gave our bill (we had 3 separate bills) the charges were incorrect. They did fix this and apologized. This won’t stop us from returning. We spent most of the time we were there just waiting. We have been there for Easter in the past and did not have this problem.
