   Started out great, lobster cheese dip and chips , excellent. Meal was Ok for the most part but not noteworthy. the Prime Rib end cut was the toughest piece of meat I ever had. Usually well but not shoe leather. If this is the case, just say not available. Initially they brought a regular cut but I ordered the end cut and specified if not available I will choose another meal. Had high hopes but this will not be a "favorite".

   I made a reservation about 4 days in advance for 1:15 pm. We were approximately 5 minutes late. Note: I had called about 5 minutes before the reservation and spoke to Jayden to advise we would be 10-15 minutes late (traffic was very high in the area and I wanted to be sure it gave plenty of wiggle room). After arriving I went to the hostess desk and checked in, the host had advised 10-15 minutes. After almost 20 minutes I followed up again and was told another 15-20 minutes that they were still seating the 1:30 pm reservations that had arrived before we did. I came back to follow up again after it had been an hour after the original reservation time to be told that on their record it was shown that we had already been seated. We were finally seated right away. After getting to the table, I had to ask our server a couple of times for a children's menu. We were brought crayons from the hostess but not a menu. I also had to request bread. Upon receiving the bread, appetizer, and salads they were all very good! Unfortunately, I can't say the same for our entrée. One of the steaks was undercooked, was sent back, and was still not cooked to request. Another steak was extremely overcooked which made it have a burnt taste. I also had to ask a couple of times for drink refills throughout the meal. It was brought to the staff's attention that the ladies' bathroom needed attention to detail, as one stall had no tissue and the other had very little. Overall I was pretty dissatisfied. We had never been to the restaurant before and I was hoping for something a little more nicer. Instead, it was disappointing service and food quality.

   Great time with family for Mother’s Day ! Food was delicious and big portions . Our server was excellent . Great food for the price . We will be back !

   I made my reservation for dinner on open table for my 75 th birthday. We have been there many times for special occasions. I requested a booth in the main dining area and stated it was my 75th. Upon arriving we were directed to a table-I requested a booth and we were seated there. We didn’t see or hear from our waiter for 15 minutes. We ordered our dinners (which were good) except the broccoli my sister requested was omitted. Our server never came back to the table until we were finished to see if everything was ok. There was never a mention of my birthday (which on other occasions a complimentary dessert was presented.) I was quite disappointed in the service and lack of items I requested in the reservation block. The two requests were not even mentioned! I’ll think again before returning.

    Steak and fish was excellent. We had a great waiter. I would go back any time.
