The drinks tasted watered down. The food was mediocre at best. My son got the kids ribs and they were super dry even with sauce. My wife ordered the french toast and it was dry as well and they don't have syrup. Don't plan to go back any time soon with all the options in the area.

We had dinner on Wednesday night at Firebirds for the first time. Our server, Chris, was very attentive and explained the menu to us. Also, Wednesday is half price wine (both bottles and glasses) which is an amazing value and they have a wonderful wine list. Each of us ordered something different - I had a 12 oz. Rib Eye (my four legged children are always happy when I come home with that), my husband had a Filet, one of my friend’s had the Tomahawk pork chop and his wife had Parmesan Chicken. Everything was delicious. Each entree comes with one side - I elected for the mixed vegetables which were also amazing. My husband ordered the BLT side salad - it was delicious and can easily be split by two people. The restaurant is beautiful and they have a very active bar scene with high tops so you can eat in there as well. Will definitely go back.

For the first time food came lukewarm this is very unusual. Plus us seated by bar, large group was there couldn’t hear ourselves talk. Service was excellent though

Very nice restaurant and it was not super busy the night we were there. The food was not very hot. The baked potatoes were lukewarm at best and the steak frites were also lukewarm and overcooked compared to the degree requested. Seems like the meals might have sat too long before they were delivered to our table.

Experienced Firebirds for the very first time during my visit here in Jacksonville, and I will most definitely be back! Sat at the bar with bartender, “Ciera” and she was extremely helpful in suggesting foods to try, more than attentive and friendly! We even left after lunch and came back for dinner! Be sure to try the steak tacos and chicken nachos but the BIGGEST HIT was the wood grilled chicken with loaded baked potatoes! Actually - you GOTTA TRY the steak tacos as well!!! You’ll thank me later!! 💋

Had reservations, so I was seated quickly. Outstanding server who was very polite and recommended several items. Food was good and everything was exactly as I expected. Highly recommend this place.

The experience was great from the moment we stepped in the door. The hostess sat use right away, our waiter Colin was at the table in under 5 minutes to take our drink order. He was very helpful explaining the menu to us. The food was great, the service was excellent. I will definitely be back the next time I’m down at the Mayo Clinic. Colin even said goodbye to us at the table and then again as we were leaving the building
