We have hone here a number of times when visiting Jacksonville and love it. The food is always good, excellent service and great staff. Really enjoy Firebirds!!

A beautiful dining room and excellent food with first-rate service. That said, it was very loud for having so few patrons: a similar noise level to a sports bar. While the food was cooked to perfection, we found it very expensive. At that price level, I would have expected a bit larger table, something with adequate space for the meal, and a softer, quieter ambience. While our waiter, Khalil was professional and attentive, the noise level made it difficult to hear his questions and recommendations. Not his fault.

Great ambiance, comfortable seating, great service. The food was excellent, steaks cooked as ordered, chocolate cake was delicious

The food was amazing as always. The staff really made me feel special. I've made it a yearly gift to myself to have my birthday meal from Firebirds. Four years and counting, amazing! First time dining in this year. I will do it again.

We have been here before and had a better experience than we had last night. We think maybe our server was new. She seemed a bit shy and timid, not really experienced at meeting the needs of our group of seven. We ordered three appetizers, 1 egg roll dish and 2 orders chicken wings. The egg roll dish was served by someone else, in somewhat of a lackluster dropping off on the table. We waited and waited the wings never came. One salad came…we waited and waited. When the other salads came, we asked about the wings. Our server said she forgot. After some time, she brought one order of wings. We asked about the second, she said “oops”. The wings themselves were fair, not really seeming liked “smoked” wings. And there was this very odd shaped, giant “wing” at the bottom of the bowl which looked like it was a wing with part of the rib cage attached. Three of us got the tuna appetizer for our meal, which was an ample portion, somewhat overdressed, but tasty. Two people got steak which they said was good, one got the Chilean sea bass and one got salmon. They said it was good. Was basically a fair experience.

How can an expressive restaurant run out of Straws or linen napkins. The server had to scramble to look for these items. Ended up offering paper napkins. Overly priced for what we received.
