Steaks ordered at our table were all undercooked. Our server, was attentive and knowledgeable, but all business - not super friendly. Dessert was awesome!

Early dinner before a concert and Firebirds was an excellent choice! Travon gave us exceptional service and was very personable. Great experience!

I did look at the reviews and the 2 negatives that would come up were service and undercooked meat- bingo we hit the daily double. The host and servers were very pleasant, we just ended up in the wrong section. The section next to us seemed to have two servers like butterflies being attentive. We sat, had to ask for the waiter after about 10 min after being seated. Our drinks and apps came right away. The drinks were very good, but lots of ice. The app (deviled eggs) was also good but a bit too much egg to balance the flavors. We waited a bit longer than necessary to order the meal but that was not terrible and the waiter mentioned that he had tables all over the place. Rule one in restaurants is to have a section with tables near each other which seemed to be the case for the other waiter. We received the food and although the ribeye was properly medium and a good value, the filet was rare instead of medium and we do know how it’s supposed to be done, having been to many high end steak houses. It was almost raw. The waiter agreed and sent it back. Although it was properly done when it was brought back, and extra vegetables added, my husband had already finished his meal and I was no longer hungry. I ate what I could, but $45 for essentially 5 medium shrimp and veggies is not what I was expecting. I think we might have been able to get over that, even with the rather long wait for the meat to be returned.. but then the waiter disappeared for another 15-20 min. We even had trouble flagging someone/anyone down until the host came by. I didn’t see our waiter on the floor when I went to the bathroom during the wait so I don’t know if he was stuck in the kitchen or what happened.. maybe he was running back and forth returning under cooked meat. We’ve never been to this restaurant and I’m not sure we will be coming back. Fogo de chao is next door and that has traditionally been excellent in other cities that we have been to, so maybe that is our next stop.

Took my girlfriend out for her birthday, the ambiance was great! Our server was amazing, explaining her favorites and talking about the menu options. Appetizers were beautiful and tasty, dinner and desert were the absolute best meal we've had in a long time! Everything was beautiful and absolutely delicious!

Food was really good. Atmosphere was very nice. Service was pretty solid. However, our ticket was pretty high. It was just lunch for two. Value is the only real knock.

I had dinner various Firebirds locations and the food, especially the steaks, is always great. Steaks are cooked on open fire grills. Always well seasoned and cooked to perfection! The FB private label Cabernet is also very good. I like this place much better than some other more higher end steakhouses. Great value and great food. Also very nice and not too loud. Highly recommend.
