   My filet and shrimp were good but not served very hot (I like my steak on a hot plate). My husband's chicken pasta dish was served with cold chicken. The manager made him a new dish and it was much better. The food had very good flavor but both dishes would have been much better if served hot the 1st time.

   We took advantage of the NY Strip & Choice of Side for $19.95! special and it was fantastic. Cooked perfectly and actually too much to eat! We added BLT side salads and really enjoyed our meals. Our server Mitchell was great and too sweet to bring us a small creme brulee cheesecake bite when I told him I was too full to enjoy my favorite dessert. We've never had a bad experience at Firebirds Huntersville and we'll continue to return.

   The Huntersville location food was good overall but our appetizer, Philly cheesesteak egg roll, was not up to par with other Firebirds that we have dined at. We love this appetizer and it just didn't taste good. Our waiter was excellent and atmosphere was great. Prices have definitely increased.

    Have always enjoyed Firebirds...however this trip the food just wasn't up to their standards, my wife and I commented something had changed in their process. Hopefully they'll examine the flavors.

    Pleasant atmosphere, especially the patio room. Friendly staff, delicious food, reasonable prices. A place where you can be dressed up for a special occasion or come casual for a nice time with family and friends.

    Firebirds lunch menu is great as far as choices and we were there to celebrate my husbands birthday. He ordered a hamburger which was cooked medium rare just right. I had the flounder sandwich which was delicious, as were the fries. Amanda, our waiter took great care of us. Their complimentary birthday desert of crème brûlée cheesecake was delicious.

    We were seated at the time of our reservation and greeted promptly at the table. Davis and crew kept things moving efficiently, the food was excellent and my favorite beer (Hornet's Nest) was served with a cold glass. The dessert offerings were not ordered but looked good.

    We were greeted very warmly and seated in a lovely booth. Maddie & Morgan were the dynamic duel that served us. We started with the Barrata with the smoked hot honey dressing which was delicious. Our guest had the salmon salad with a very generous portion of grilled salmon on top. I had the super food salad with the seared Ahi which was prepared perfectly. My wife had the BLT sandwich with crisp bacon and tater tots. We enjoyed two wonderful bottles of wine and the service throughout was spectacular. We would recommend this to anyone who wants good food and excellent service.

    I have to say I have always been impressed by the great service and a manager that is always walking through the dining room. Not today. We were seated quickly, but it took a while to find a server. Everyone around us got attention but not us. I was on my way to the front desk to check for a server and our server came by. She had walked by us multiple times. I mentioned to her maybe she could have just told us she would be with us soon. She was very pleasant but I am guessing new. Served a glass of tea without no ice that was sweet instead of unsweetened. She had to run back to get some ice and then again for a straw. When the food came out without any of the sauces we requested it was several minutes before the sauces came. I would have to say the food was perfect. Hopefully just a down day.

    As we’ve come to enjoy and expect, the four of us, including 2 friends from Annapolis who had never dined at a Firebirds, had a wonderful meal and received just the right amount of attention. Never had to wave the waitress down for attention or water as she was right there. The only disappointment was there was no more prime rib (we sat down at 6:30), but we were happy with the steaks we each ordered. Will have to get their earlier next time.

    Excellent service A+. Yesterday I ordered 2 new items the seared ahi and Colorado chicken salad. The tuna seemed a tad stale and the lettuce crunch mix in the middle was so cold it had ice in it. The Colorado had excellent ingredients but the lettuce had far too much water on it as the dressing didn’t stick.

    Very impressed by everything - food and service were both excellent, great atmosphere. Our only complaint was the AC was blowing too hard near our seat, but we mentioned it and they adjusted. Will definitely be back!

    The food is usually good here, but it was terrible last night. Pasta was over cooked, food was cold when it arrived. Steaks were not done well either. Kitchen was slow. We won’t go there again.
